However, there is no air conditioner (there was an appliance that looked like a heater + air conditioner, but I didn't know how to operate because I was a foreigner who didn't know Japanese). Hokkaido itself is not very hot, so it is highly recommended for those looking for value for money Although the facilities are a little aging, they are managed cleanly. Although the bathroom or bathroom space is old, the water facilities are the latest.

Nice and clean hotel. Location is right next to Hakodate JR station which is convenient. Buffet breakfast was good with wide variety of food to choose from. Room looks quite new but was quite compact for my family of 4. The negative thing was that my room didn't come with any complimentary water and there was also no housekeeping provided during my stay (They only provided a bag with fresh change of towels, coffee/tea bags to each room).

It was comfortable. It was really comfortable already. I visited the south side based in Hakodate City, but I used it at that time. At first, I was worried because the price was too cheap, but when I stayed, it was very comfortable rather than no problem. The salty breakfast is very recommended. Also, I was very satisfied with the curry on Sunday morning. It is within walking distance from Hakodate Station and the parking lot was also able to stop with a roof.
