There was a miscommunication between the front desk and the breakfast counter. Was told that they have given complimentary breakfast ( I dint ask for for it) during check in. When I headed to the breakfast was informed that I need to pay for it... Head straight to the airport for my breakfast instead... When boarding the cab, the bellhop were chatting among themselves. Only when my luggage was in the trunk of the cab they came over to offer their help... Personally I wouldn't recommend haikou hilton due to the uncoordinated communications and the service levels.

Came here with friends for CNY. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the room was really spacious. The bathtub really sold this room for me. Simply amazing. The beach is right across the street which can be a big plus but unfortunately, the weather was not the best so I didn't visit at all. The downside of this location is its a bit away from bars and restaurants nothing is walking distance. The staff was really nice and two people were able to assist in English. I forgot the names but they were super helpful.

Huge hotel, rooms are big and nice. Food in restaurants good quality and seems reasonable. Staff are super nice, in all areas. Our special compliments to Heidy Hon ( 韓燕琴) who worked at the front reception-was polite, patient and more than willing to help. We were totally impressed with her good service They do need some staff with knowledge of English. The Hot Springs are clean and quiet but it needs more lighting at night. .

The hotel had a variety of amenities but many of them are extra paid which is something you're not expecting when you book a 5 start hotel. In any case great for a weekend getaway.

This hotel was a good find. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The beach is the best thing it has, clean, wild, empty. Bring your own chairs because it is as empty as we show on the pics. The pools are clean and huge, lot’s of space for all guests. Beautiful gardens to walk around. The only issue was food: breakfast was really good with a ton of options for Chinese and western. However, after breakfast you will fin a Chinese restaurant call China Spice with only Chinese food and a bit pricey, the room service menu which was ridiculously overpriced or the food at the bar, which was not great. We ordered Quesadillas that had no cheese, and who knows what was inside, look at the pic of the guacamole. The pizza margarita is your best option there. The piña coladas were a good option. We gave it 4 diamonds because of the food options, you can order delivery through the Apps though, there is nothing around walking distance.

Nicely located on the beach trail, the city sites are easily accessible by rental bikes, which can be found nearby. The bay view was splendid, worth the visit itself. Although somewhat isolated from restaurants, good dining is minutes away by taxi or bike. An on-site convenience store and local market provide basic needs, such as food and beverages. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with abundant choices of Chinese items, eggs and breakfast meats, and cold cerel. Pastry selection was minimal. The only coffee available is the espresso machine, which was broken one morning, leaving me in a semi-conscious stupor for most of the day. The coffee shop nearby opens at 10:30, which seems to defeat the purpose of coffee. The gym was well equipped but not air conditioned. The pool was nice, but as is common in China, had insufficient chlorine to prevent the growth of green and slippery stuff in places; don't swallow this water. The 15 CNY pool fee was fair. Overall, an outstanding stay for the price.

The place is at the great location of Haikou, on the old street. You can find anything you want there. It is close to the electric bicycles if you want to cycle somewhere. The place is also accessible by car. The rooms were clean, the toilets either. There were shower appliances too. There is a coffee shop downstairs with multiple seats and electric plugs if you need to work. In the evening, the bar is opened with live music. The only downside was maybe the tenants who liked to listen to the Tiktok music or watch videos loud. But, compared to other places I went in China, it was a very minor issue. Recommend to everyone!

Special thanks to the manager named Steven whom I met in the lobby. I came to watch the New Year's Eve concert. Steven was very patient in helping me with transportation. The hotel staff were very polite, including the breakfast room and the staff who delivered meals to the room. They are all very welcoming and nice. The important thing is that it is very quiet at night, which is very friendly to people like me who are picky about sleep. I didn't expect that the hotel we booked online was so high-end, with reasonable prices and affordable prices. The park scenery is great, and it is said to be a national garden hotel park building. It's antique, with crisp and sweet birdsong, clean swimming pool, small fish biting your feet (Turkish fish spa), fresh air for walking in the park, and rare tree species (Indian sandalwood tree 🌲). The night view of the garden is particularly beautiful at night. The breakfast is rich in variety. After staying in Hainan for more than a month, I didn't expect that the last stop would be so perfect. Stayed for two nights and the big bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Highly recommended!
