The staffs are friendly. We stayed here 5 nights. We cannot speak Chinese, however that is not a problem here. The staffs are very glad to help us to call a taxi and also recommend us to visit old town and many place.

Hainan Xinyan Tai Hotel, the service is excellent, enthusiastic, efficient, and basically responsive to all requests. The lobby is very clean and cost-effective.
