I stayed here two years ago, and this time I booked here for a few days because of business here. The room seems to be renovated. I asked the waiter and said that it is renovated every year. After checking in, as soon as I entered the room and turned on the light, the corridor lamp made a very loud electric sound, which was very scary. Later, the front desk staff of the hotel came to fix it. Overall, it is better than two years ago, but the price is really not worth it. The room is quite big, and the bedding is fairly clean. The windows, bathroom, bedside table, etc. are not cleaned carefully enough. The hot water in the bathroom comes quickly. The main reason is that the location is very good The convenience, very close to the arcade.

I like this hotel very much, so I stayed for another day after changing the flight. Miss Butler Zihong is very good at work. 👍🏻 The service is very good. We consider it for us. I like Hongyantang and like her 🥰. The hotel is very close to the sea. Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony of the room. Enjoy the sunset by the sea. If you want to have more time to see the mysterious sea blowing the sea breeze, you can choose this hotel. From lobby service to room service, we feel very comfortable ～ Thank you for your hospitality. I will come to Hongyantang next time I come to Haikou.

I was shocked when a room service staff flung opened my door (my 2nd day)when I was changing to go out. My door was locked from inside, the Do not disturb was on but the staff opened the door without even warning. I was in my underwear, she, claimed she did not see the sign.. I was so shocked ,the door was locked from inside. I didnt know service staff could just opened Guest rooms at her own discretion, voice my displeasure to the Manager on my way out but she did get back to me after claiming her staff opened my door even though my Do not disturb was on, sbecause Guests sometimes press that button wrongly. I am really disappointed with their approach. The room service staff wasn't really apologetic and insisted she didn't see the Do not disturb sign! She should have made very sure before opening my door with her set of keys. Imagine the worst, if it was a couple in room and she just flung opened the door!
