儘管酒店有些舊，但價格便宜，距離貴陽站200米，房間不小，衞生間不是蹲位，洗澡水很可以，還有格力空調，利用付款優惠和攜程砍價返現，還能更低，算下來就是一個普通青旅床位價格的對摺左右一晚而已，打分高於8分。

賓館位置挺好的，離貴陽火車站非常近，附近方便停車，賓館房間很多可以滿足不同人士入住需求，床比較大可以帶小孩一起入住，出行購物非常方便離小吃一條街也很近，入住安靜很舒適！

讓大家避避雷，中鐵賓館貴陽第五分店， 1.水龍頭幾乎沒水，更別提有沒有熱水了 2.房間燈光昏暗 3.床單都是帶洞的 4.地上還有小蟲子的屍體，為不衞生咱就不用説了 5.窗户把手都沒有，窗户都關不上，聽着路上的汽車聲入睡 6.就連馬桶水箱也是破的…… 真不知道這種賓館房間存在貴陽站附近會不會把我們貴州人的臉給丟到外面去呀😔，衹能希望有關部門能責令整改一下了
