After all, the price and service are proportional, but this time I did not experience the service that this price deserves! First of all, there are too many mosquitoes in the room, and the hotel should not have done anti-mosquito treatment! I stayed for two nights this time. On the first night, the two children at home were bitten by a few bags. I couldn’t sleep all night. I gave feedback to the hotel the next morning and gave a mosquito coil liquid. I didn’t do other correspondings. The result is self-evident. The next day I bit a few bags. In fact, I contacted the hotel at more than ten o'clock the next night and added a mosquito repellent lamp to the home, but it was useless, so this was very dissatisfied with the hotel's response! The second point is that there is no child table and chair for breakfast. The child is one year old and four years old. It is very aggrieved to sit and eat. It is very uncomfortable. The first day I responded to the hotel. The result was still the same the next day. I was very disappointed! In fact, I don't understand. For Hilton, is the restaurant equipped with child seats not a must-have equipment? It may be because of the new opening, but it shouldn't be carefully thought about it. This is Hilton, there should be no such mistakes! There are some others, such as bed circumference, etc., there are no Hilton friends in many cities, including Guangzhou, there are, but there is no here!
