地理位置還不錯，離地鐵站不遠，出行比較方便，酒店環境也還可以，可能樓層不是很高，這種天氣晚上有一丁點蚊子，不過酒店提供了電驅蚊器。

有點優點：前台服務比較滿意，入住辦理速度很快。離地鐵站不遠，交通方便，退房開電子票很方便。
缺點：沒有枱燈，網速慢，窗子隔音效果比較弱。

前台的客服也是不負責的，也不看一下是不是會員，給我安排了離電梯口最後一間房走老遠了，這會員是白白買了，沒有意義，房間又還有這麼多，你説沒有的話 我無話可説，真的體驗一點也不好，房間小得可憐，衞生一般，服務更一般，位置不方便，不會在來 這家

維也納酒店除了地毯有點臟，洗澡時衞生間水往外溢，其他都還行。酒店離南浦地鐵站10分鐘，紅綠燈等待時間有點長。打車去長隆野生動物園價格能接受。

設施舊，第一次的房有濃重的煙味，實在難以呼吸，跟前台説了調整一間，仍有揮之不去的老舊味以及斷斷續續的煙味。地毯不知道多久沒清洗吸塵了，看着都不舒服。桌子也是一擦紙上都是灰，還有説不清的味道。去借傘，服務員隨便看了一下説借完了，然後讓我去大堂的售賣櫃枱買。沒有這項服務也就罷了。
不知道維也納酒店是不是加盟模式，跟前些年住過的感覺完全不一樣。不知道怎麼有那麼高的評分。疑問：攜程的評分還可信嗎？還敢在攜程訂房嗎？！
