1.衞生超級差，地都沒掃，桌子上都是灰
2.牆體發黴，杯子潮濕，開了一晚上抽濕，屋子屋子還有黴味
3.抽紙都沒有，瓶裝水都沒有
4.拖鞋底的一層和鞋子是脱離的，差點摔跤
家裡人非的定離動物園近的沒想到這麼差的7天。要不是不給退，退了扣錢，這絕對不能住，連旅館的標準都達不到，絕對不值290，附近同級別的比這個好太多

交通方便，很近地鐵黃花崗A出口。外面有小吃店和小賣部，方便。周圍安靜，設施有點舊，房間有點小，但應該有的都有了。服務很不錯。

酒店衞生挺不錯的，很乾凈，牆面很白，前台服務也挺好，增值服務不錯啊還可以延遲退房，電梯的香味不錯好像萬豪的香水味很喜歡，酒店就在地鐵旁邊比較方便，在大院裡頭晚上挺安靜的！

交通便利，出地鐵就到了，去動物園走過去衹要五分鐘，前台服務很好，全程帶我去看房，有求必應，還有睡前牛奶，睡前喝一瓶牛奶舒服~客房硬件設施不錯
