The biggest hotel I’ve stayed in Guangzhou. Was very happy to see the huge room with a separate living area, bathtub, separate shower and toilet. Then the leakage happened. What a shame, don’t know why there is a flood whenever we use the shower. The bathtub, toilet area and sink area is fine, but the water will flood most of the toilet floor after shower, and the worst is there will be a foul smell that comes after. Shower room is just next to the beds, so we ensure the shower door is shut when we sleep to keep the smell away. Other than the shower mishap, everything is perfect, I was surprised to see they even have different charging lines near the dresser and the tv area, very thoughtful!Location is the best, shopping plaza just across the road with a delicious dim sum restaurant on the 2nd floor, be sure to go early, I reached close to 11am and que for almost an hour to get a seat. The super market in the shopping plaza is expensive but the bread offers buy 2 free 1 if you go after 8pm, the bread is so tasty, I brought back to sg and ate for 2 days it still taste very good. Bought kiwis and persimmon back to sg and both taste very good as well. Subway is just 3 mins away and easily to get taxis from the hotel or from the roadside. Walk about 30 mins to qing hui yuan, one of the famous garden in Guangzhou, visit the huang fei hong and ye wen gallery. Take the subway 2 stops to Beijing bu xing jie, plenty of shops and vibrant place, it’s a must go. Really love the location of this old hotel, so convenient and surrounded by shopping and eateries, just need to make sure to have a shower room that doesn’t leak.

The location is excellent. Restaurants food are good with variety. The cleaning needs to improve as I told the cleaner the bed had yogurt sour smell, she didn’t change the quilt cover and bed sheet, only did easy job-changed the pillow covers. At night I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. Then I rang the service and told them the situation. They sent 2 room service ladies and changed the bed sheets and quilt covers straight away.

First of all, I would like to praise all the service staff, especially the duty manager Peter, who communicated with me about the housing needs before my mother and I checked in, fully understood the core needs of the residents, and made arrangements that moved the customers. It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. Asia international hotel, This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

Front Desk staff is top service, housekeeping lady that clean my room, thank you so much for the hand writing note.Concierge staff, doesn’t feel like helping traveller like us. I want to thank front desk for helping me and assisting on my request. Here are the major negative thing that i personally feel 1. Centralized A/C which is too hot even though i have switch to the lowest degree with cool high air. 2. Window too dusty as i was told to open the window if is too hot and stuffy 3. Shower top needs to change as the rubber tip turn brownish and water shooting from different direction 4. Breakfast expenses need to pay on the spot and not able to settle upon departure 5. Lift is alittle scary to me even though is safe. The lift have not completely stop and the door open. Overall, staffs is good but hotel is kinda old.

A very satisfying experience, boutique hotel. The toilet, hairdryer, and shower are easy to use and clean. The bedding is comfortable to sleep on. The key is good sound insulation and considerate service. It deserves praise! Snacks, drinks, desserts, and fruits are abundant and varied in the lobby. The key is that they are free. The transportation is convenient, with two subway exits. Beijing Pedestrian Street, Memorial Hall, Yuexiu Park, Nanyue King Museum are just a few minutes’ walk away. From the D1 exit of the Memorial Hall subway station, turn right through a small alley, pass the traffic lights directly, and see the 7-11 convenience store across the road, and go around the right to the building behind. Duplex two-story 80 square apartment, simple and generous, clean and comfortable, very homely, kitchen, bathroom, small living room on the first floor; one large and one small room on the second floor, can accommodate 4 people, moderate price, high cost performance, ride The elevator requires the front desk clerk to swipe his card to go upstairs, which is safer. Recommend staying.

Here is the list of things I truly appreciate: Attention to details : from coffee (I love their Yunnan coffee! to comfortable disposable slippers to awesome pillows , marvellous TV wallpaper) Technology : Xiaodu voice controlling of light, TV and curtains - I can't get enough talking to xiaoduxiaodu :D Location: just outside of xihua lu where u get best food in Guangzhou Shower: Great shampoo and shower gel and super good water pressure! Cheaper than other hotels with similar conditions, very cost-effective. The experience was good. This time the room also had wooden floors.
