The hotel is very high-end, beautifully decorated, very stylish, very quiet, and has a shuttle trolley. The room is very clean and tidy, the lighting is very soft, and it feels very comfortable. The toilet and shower room are separated from wet and dry. There is a small storage room with a safe inside which is very considerate. When booking the room, I exchanged 1 Ctrip point for a piece of welcome fruit. . The staff's service, politeness and patience are very good. There is unlimited access to the hot spring. The hot spring ♨️ area is very large. There are various hot spring pools and a heated swimming pool for children. Various warm-up teas are provided. The shower room is large and very clean. Children under 120 years old enter for free. ( Children beyond the number of people in the room) will be charged 98 yuan per person. The buffet breakfast has many choices, the environment is good, and the service is also very good.

Accommodation: OK. The hot spring pool water is not unlimited. It is available once a day. The breakfast buffet is OK, but there are too many people during the Spring Festival. If you go late, you have to queue up. Things to do: There are many attractions nearby, suitable for all ages, and there are many farmhouses. The food is not expensive, the portions are generous, and the roast chicken is delicious. Service: The service attitude at the front desk was very good. I missed something when I left. Thanks to Shimin at the front desk for her service. She contacted us in time and helped to send the express back.

This is the second time visiting this hotel and every time we have enjoyed our experience. The service is great and there are a few staff who speak English. If you need help they will be called. Easy fast check in, and we were shown to our room. There are a great variety of pools which are suitable for both adults and children. Its a very relaxing environment. There is a great variety of food in the restaurant, with efficient service. On our last day we were able to check out and still use the hotsprings for a few more hours. It would be good if there was more healthy selection of breakfast cereals, as well as the treats but really everything was fantastic. We will come again!

My first experience has been excellent👌🏻. Service: The security guard at the entrance to the capital will check the hotel reservation information to ensure that all guests are checking in. When arriving at the hotel lobby, the team will actively help carry luggage to the luggage cart, and the check-in procedure is also very smooth and fast. To go to the villa, you need to inform the staff at the hotel lobby to arrange a battery car to go there. Calling the electric car service can take you to various places in Congdu, including visiting the Phoenix Official Residence. It is now the peak season for hot spring vacations, so when calling for a battery car, I reserve time to call in advance, so the waiting time is relatively short. The lady on the battery car was also very enthusiastic in answering our questions on the way. During the peak occupancy period, there is a large flow of people for breakfast, so it is recommended to eat at off-peak hours. Breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western food, with a rich variety, including rice rolls, flour stalls, Mexican fish taco, fried eggs, etc. When checking out, the lady who took the electric car directly helped us check out quickly, and then sent us directly to the parking lot to put our luggage. The service was super good! Overall, the experience is great👍🏻 Hygiene: After arriving at the villa, the room was cleaned very clean, and the mini bar in the room was replenished in time. The cleaning staff are also very enthusiastic to inquire about needed items. Although the hotel opened in 2011, the overall maintenance effect is still very good, and there are no signs of being particularly old. Environment: The environment around the villa is very quiet and the air is fresh. Facilities: Although there are public hot springs in the facilities, the villas have 24-hour private swimming pools, hot springs, dry steam rooms, wet steam rooms and massage baths. Basically, you can enjoy them without leaving the villa😎, eliminating the trouble of making reservations for public hot springs .

I planned to take a few days off after work, so I went to a hot spring hotel in Longmen first. The experience was quite disappointing. I only booked the hotel for one night, so I spent the whole night looking for a place to go. I compared several Conghua water boutiques that I just came here with. I just made do with it or treated it like a trap. When I arrived, I was very surprised when I confirmed that the scenery was so good and you could take pictures everywhere. ”The only regret is that there seems to be an art exhibition on the right side of the gate, and the construction has a slight impact.” It's just a small problem, and the surrounding area is small. The stream is also very comfortable. Summer is the best time for sightseeing. The lady at the front desk helped upgrade the room. The butler's service was very good. Real-time updates were posted on WeChat on time. However, I really don't want to bother people, so there were relatively few responses. , I am a person who is very picky about hotels. I basically only stay in 5-star+ or Atour S series hotels. I highly recommend this place. Many friends in my circle of friends have asked. It is indeed worth recommending. I will come here next time and it will also become a leisure hotel in the future. Frequently visited address, thank you. ”It would be perfect if there were more brands and snacks in the book bar beverage area. Or the hotel could prepare a small map to introduce how to get around the river? Maybe I didn't ask, but it would also be great if there were more small means of transportation after the tour. Okay, electric cars”😂 ”I'm very lucky. As soon as I checked in, the lady at the front desk told me that the extreme challenge will be recorded at the hotel today. Celebrities will arrive in the evening. Xiaokang WeChat messaged me when I arrived. The security was so tight at night that I could only watch from a distance if I wasn't allowed to take pictures. , except for Yang Di and others who were either upstairs or didn’t see clearly, which fans and ladies I admire, I don’t understand, but respect.”
