I went there for 1 night , The room was a bit dusty and the service was a bad when supposed they have to check before guest to check in ,with no remote tv ,when called they said wait for maintenance coming on the next morning which is absurd reason , provided parking very far to walk cross 3 block to get to our room, if want easier you can park valet which is rm 50 per night right to the lobby , please be aware the road very dark and rough due construction is near you place , please standby for your own food and drink due shop closed at 12 midnight

The room was clean and comfortable

Despite of the view , its quite troublesome. And the room wasnt cleaned properly, the bath tub was slimy and dangerous to be stepping in to shower. Potentially slip and fall hazard

The room was super great and amazing. Me n family really loved the room and the view. Surely, the place worth the money and hopefully we will have the opportunity to visit here again. However, we have a few things that would like to be addressed and hopefully will be improved for better services in the future. 1. No clear instructions for check in - we had to walk carrying all our things across different building, end up the hotel lobby told us to call the number at our booking to get the keys. Plus we have to paid the parking fee which is too expensive for entry less than 30mins. I’ve come with families therefore it was very troublesome to walk the distance due to misunderstanding. 2. Deposit - Rm200 was charged for room deposit which was in my opinion, quite ridiculous. If it was only RM100 it would be great. Furthermore, we have to pay deposit on the spot upon receiving keys, however, the refund will be processed within 24hours which was very absurd. We hope that it would be processed within 2hours max so that it would be great for customer’s experience.

hotel okay but location too far and dificult to get transport public,cleanliss and overall okay,next time will be coming againt,and sometine need to remind cust about deposit but cust mybe did nt read carefully

Very far Not clean It’s not a hotel it’s a Airbnb Bad smell around .

I will recommend this apartment for who want to ‘me time’..but please provide a medium size of refrigerator instead a small refrigerator

Very bad service. Parking kene charge. Nak cari bilik susah dan mengelirukan. Instruction tak betul. Pekerja foreigner tak faham bahasa.
