Parts of the hotel lobby were under renovation but the facility itself was still very clean. Staff was helpful in reminding me to request for a partial refund as I had checked out early due to change in schedule.

The hotel is in a good location. I checked in through the Ctrip member channel. The check-in procedure was also very fast. When I checked out in the afternoon, I had something to ask the front desk 8036 employee to apply for an extension to 2 pm. He also helped me apply successfully.
