酒店正在裝修…一進大堂就差點因為地上的塑料布滑倒…前台服務人員説關注自媒體賬號可以免費升級房型，結果給我升級成了正在裝修的房間…但拍照取證提出問題後給更換了房間。除此之外，其他設施，衞生和早餐等均滿意。

房間打掃得十分乾淨，晚上睡覺也很安靜 ，在福州作為去平潭到中轉，第二天早上去福州南站趕車也方便，早餐還有熱的豆漿和菜還有粥，推薦入住

我在入住當天晚上12點多才抵達酒店。辦好了入住手續。拖了行李進房。迎來的是一陣噁心的煙味。這是我從來沒有經歷過的。我就到回櫃枱要求換房間。服務員也幫我處理，換了一間房給我。 這過程是相當折騰。服務員應該要確定客户要的房型條件。
退房那天，我因為打車到機場有面對問題。我就要求櫃枱服務員幫我打車。 她很快就幫我處理了。我就先付了現款給她。
很感謝這位服務員的殷勤。
酒店的房間很清潔。 可是有點不解的是，飲料包就給一包咖啡和一包茶葉而已。
以上分享一點入住經驗。

入住福州火車站漢庭酒店，體驗極佳。
酒店環境雅緻，服務貼心周到，早晨的早餐品種豐富，口味純正，讓人回味無窮，房間乾淨整潔，設施一應俱全，讓人感到賓至如歸。工作人員態度熱情，細心解答各種疑問。
這樣的住宿體驗值得推薦給每一位遊客，下次還會選擇這裏，真心好評。

設施：很一般，除了有個智控小度但是其他不能提，吹風機工作幾分鐘就需要休息10分鐘……淋浴沒有頂噴，沒有護髮素。空調風速開大點就有共振的異響。
環境：一般般
衞生：很差，被套是破的，各種大小洞；床單上面有鉛筆印和黑點機油印、以及頭髮。馬桶出水口黃色污漬，內圈都還有黑色污漬，杯子全是浮塵。就這樣房間能夠拿出來售賣？
服務：用差來形容，讓人來了就後悔的想法。如果前台一味的為了自身利益，這個酒店也就到頭，希望酒店的總經理重視前台的對客服務標準和房間衞生質量。

服務：真是差勁，前台一個胖的女前台接待以為我們是線下散客可以賺提成，態度還過的去。最後我説在攜程上面預訂房間，那個臉黑的不能看，音調陰陽怪氣。
衞生：房間基礎的衞生都沒有做乾淨，什麼口杯，馬克杯裏面都是水漬和油質。地板不説了粘腳的不行。床頭處很明顯的浮沉做清潔沒有處理，證明一點房間的衞生標準流程有問題，檢查房間的流程也有問題。
設施：一個雙床房型衹有一個充電頭，兩個人住怎麼同時充電？設計的初衷就是問題，無任何人性化設計，感覺不是華住標準驗收的！房間沒有電話聯繫前台，你説衞生間沒有應急電話就算了，房間都沒有一個，打個電話前台還被掛掉……
環境：停車還方便，就是靠內側房間窗户外也有噪音，不知道怎麼產生的。
唯一的亮點是一個男前台接待，有一定的服務意識和態度。應該是新人，但是和同班的女服務員一起時間長了，要荒廢了一個新人。
這個攜程4.8分應該是通過了非正常手段產生的，希望大家避坑。
