設施：很一般，除了有個智控小度但是其他不能提，吹風機工作幾分鐘就需要休息10分鐘……淋浴沒有頂噴，沒有護髮素。空調風速開大點就有共振的異響。
環境：一般般
衞生：很差，被套是破的，各種大小洞；床單上面有鉛筆印和黑點機油印、以及頭髮。馬桶出水口黃色污漬，內圈都還有黑色污漬，杯子全是浮塵。就這樣房間能夠拿出來售賣？
服務：用差來形容，讓人來了就後悔的想法。如果前台一味的為了自身利益，這個酒店也就到頭，希望酒店的總經理重視前台的對客服務標準和房間衞生質量。

服務：真是差勁，前台一個胖的女前台接待以為我們是線下散客可以賺提成，態度還過的去。最後我説在攜程上面預訂房間，那個臉黑的不能看，音調陰陽怪氣。
衞生：房間基礎的衞生都沒有做乾淨，什麼口杯，馬克杯裏面都是水漬和油質。地板不説了粘腳的不行。床頭處很明顯的浮沉做清潔沒有處理，證明一點房間的衞生標準流程有問題，檢查房間的流程也有問題。
設施：一個雙床房型衹有一個充電頭，兩個人住怎麼同時充電？設計的初衷就是問題，無任何人性化設計，感覺不是華住標準驗收的！房間沒有電話聯繫前台，你説衞生間沒有應急電話就算了，房間都沒有一個，打個電話前台還被掛掉……
環境：停車還方便，就是靠內側房間窗户外也有噪音，不知道怎麼產生的。
唯一的亮點是一個男前台接待，有一定的服務意識和態度。應該是新人，但是和同班的女服務員一起時間長了，要荒廢了一個新人。
這個攜程4.8分應該是通過了非正常手段產生的，希望大家避坑。

位置偏，因為一早要趕火車，所以選的，但走到火車站也要半小時，而且有點搞，友情提示西廣場無法進火車站廳的，要到東廣場去哦。
漢庭的前台小姑娘服務態度一般，問她可不可以升級雙床房説要加錢，那麼加條被子總行吧，也説沒空，住過了亞朵全季在住這個漢庭真的是不習慣，沒有比較就沒有落差，漢庭以後應該儘量避免選了。

我是從福州南站走過去酒店的，大概走7-8分鐘就到了，位置還比較方便，要買的東西樓下便利店都有。
房間乾淨衞生，也夠大，每次出來玩都住在華住會旗下的酒店，還是比較信賴這個品牌的，這家漢庭也比較新，整體比較滿意！連吃了兩天早餐也還可以～周邊有個陽光天地也可以逛下～

福州南站陽光天地購物廣場附近的漢庭酒店 ，進出乘坐高鐵🚄去陽光天地購物廣場吃喝玩樂都很方便，酒店房間雖然小了點，各種設施還是挺不錯的，還🈶智能機器人為你服務 ，衹要你發指令就行 ，衞生間也是智能馬桶蓋，坐上去冬天也不冷，唯一不足的就是這次房間給我安排在靠邊的一間，前面還是公路，晚上汽車有點操，反正一晚上就算了，還有床上面房頂🈶一塊白灰快要掉了，朋友們以後入住，提醒一下前台客服就行了。

距離南站1.2km 沒有大件行李走走就能到達，距離700米左右是地鐵1號線臚雷站。距離機場39公里，我提前預訂了專車送機。
高級雙床房可以滿足親子入住，整個房間智能簡潔，聲控窗簾、電視、照明燈。孩子最喜歡機器人送餐非常可愛。
前台很用心由於第三天8:40飛機，沒時間用早餐，酒店準備了新鮮的火龍果、橙子、光明酸奶和獨立包裝的麪包。

晚上看完演出過去的，前台很友好給升級了房型，靠路邊的房間，很舒服。全智能控制，衞生也好，沒有異味。點了外賣，還幫忙送上來了。整體感受很滿意，已經推薦給朋友了！
