Room is OK, with a slight smell of smoke. what could be improved is to help hotel guests to arrange taxi service. It is the first time I heard from a hotel at this level that such service could not be arranged. Not all hotel guests have local phone number for hiring taxi or cars on mobile apps.

攜程上看到是4顆星星才預訂的，到現場真的是大跌眼鏡，停車難停，服務員跟木頭似的，下大雨都不知道幫忙遞把傘、拉個門啥的…站在門口看着我們淋雨拿行李…房間設施極其簡陋，還不如速8酒店，價格貴一倍，設施一樣，服務衞生也一樣的低劣……帶窗户的房間居然也是一股刺鼻黴味……我真的很好奇，他這攜程4顆星咋來的

衝著攜程給的四星和23年開業來的。結果根本不是那回事，隔音很差，設施很舊，起碼裝修十年了，這個價位不建議來。床也不可拼，帶娃的三口慎選。

2：30到的店，店裡有桌人在坐着，刷了身份證，告訴我房間在收拾，讓我等一會，然後硬生生等到3：30，中間來來回回兩三批人，想着奇怪，收拾房間要那麼久？一問，把我這個人給忘了，在出差最累的時候，在下午想睡個午覺的時候，白白讓我等一個小時！
那女服務員一臉無所謂的態度，帶着怨氣回屋子睡覺，沒一會，一個大媽瘋狂敲門，至少敲了一分鐘！我有氣無力的説別敲門了，大媽還在大嗓門的敲，説來送水果，**，知不知道賓館是休息的？
最後晚上洗澡，淋雨噴頭直接噴出來活蟲！
要服務沒服務，要衞生沒衞生！除非為了省錢，否則衹要想休息和衞生的千萬別來！

房間很小，床品不錯。但是酒店一半房間正對街道，一半正對裏面的小區，我住的是正對小區的，正好在施工，而且是敲打階段，真的非常非常吵，吵得人心慌。房間是最普通的推拉玻璃，沒有任何隔音效果，後面換了房也是一樣，建議近兩個月要來住還是斟酌一下。睡得香的當我沒説。

陪愛人過來面試，網上訂的這家，酒店離面試地點近。大堂敞亮，樓層佈局容易找房間。打開房間無異味，地板乾淨，雖然靠近路邊但基本沒噪音。服務貼心，配備了洗衣房、健身房、機器人送物品到房間等等。

極度懷疑這個酒店的好評是刷出來的。可害苦了信賴點評來選酒店的我。導致我整個住宿體驗糟糕透頂，連累第二天工作狀態地下，影響了任務完成。服務員的態度完全是那種冷淡。酒店的設備廉價，連USB插頭都沒有，燈開關衹有床的一頭有。早餐菜色簡單廉價。咖啡是那種用廉價咖啡粉沖泡的，咖啡壺底下沉澱一層咖啡粉，咖啡喝起來完全沒有咖啡味。整個餐廳擁堵凌亂。菜又少，感覺大家都在搶。點的湯麪，結果被其他客人拿走了。同樣事情發生在自助洗衣，衣服放乾衣機裏幹，結果回頭去拿，發現衣服還是濕達達的，被人放在籃子裏，而乾衣機被人佔用了。早上打電話給前台，讓把乾的衣服送到房間，服務員拒絕，讓我自己去洗衣房拿。為了吸幾件衣服，我一共樓上樓下跑了六趟。住這個酒店吃不好住不好，倒是賺了一肚子氣。
