No staff at lobby, we arrived at around 11:30 pm. You will received a check in email if not completed the check in procedure before 6:00 pm

Not wheelchair friendly but the stairs were fairly easy to climb.
Unmanned lodging so the staff may reply to your messages a bit late if there’s an emergency.

Very good location, convenient travel by Red line.
Easy to walk and see the lake view. The room is spacious and clean.
The bedroom window also has a view of Fuji.

Located in the north of Lake Kawaguchi, it felt a bit out of the way on the first day. On the second day, I found that the online celebrity check-in shop was just a five-minute walk away. I was pleasantly surprised. The art gallery and music hall are all around, and it is only 200 meters away from Lake Kawaguchi. There are also two convenience stores, and it looks like there are still many redevelopment projects. Pros: Convenient location, comfortable bed
