還好吧 畢竟那麼多年了 有待改善 早餐九點半下去吃 好多東西都沒有了 儘量提供一次性杯子一次性拖鞋更環保 牙膏也用好一點品牌的

入住體驗：
1、服務態度。入住前在攜程簡單對比了佛岡各個酒店的檔次與價格，除開度假景點的温泉酒店外，這個利鑫酒店在市區的檔次（攜程四鑽）和價格（相對高）都是排在前列的。由於該酒店位於高速路出口，比較便捷，我就直接到前台諮詢辦理入住，但前台價（389元）與攜程價（300元）相差較大，我選擇了攜程辦理入住。這個事情，前台給我的感覺是不尊重人，我説出了攜程價後，她就瞟了一眼不高興説到：那你就攜程上買吧。她完全可以解釋攜程上是活動價，酒店這邊是前台價，但她多一句解釋都沒有。
2、服務質量。入住登記衹給了我一份早餐券，我説我有兩人，能不能給我兩張，前台説一張床一份早餐券。後來退房我才發現，攜程註明有兩張早餐券的。
3、房間設施。（1）酒店裝修已經10年了（攜程上開業時間是2013年，沒看到重新裝修），設施比較老，我訂的是豪華大床房，但面積衹有26平方米很小，相對同市其他酒店來説性價比較低。（2）給我的第一個房間有煙味，換了一個沒有煙味了。地毯看上去都比較臟。（3）燈控系統很差，要麼全部關掉，要麼必須開着床頭上天花板一盞射燈，射着眼睛沒法睡。不能選擇衹開廊燈或衹開廁所燈。（4）浴室排水差，洗澡時淹沒腳趾頭，水溢出到外面地板上。（5）窗簾是全遮光的，還可以，但兩邊都脱勾了，看得出年限較久。

酒店稍舊，但價格不錯。就在高速口地理位置超級方便。房間也挺滿意，就是剛入住時候房間有股黴黴的味道，開窗通風半小時就好了。
停車場和游泳池屬於跟樓盤業主共用，有點不太方便。特別是地下停車場跟迷宮一樣，停車場回房間得坐三台電梯。有次出停車場忘了跟前台報備車牌號，因為回前台太麻煩，寧願給幾塊錢出停車場。
