Room was good; comfortable bed, bathroom was fine, room was clean, and had a little desk and kettle too. Location is great, right in the heart of the ancient town and close to so many key parts. Booked in last minute (as my original hotel was abandoned when I arrived ( called "Yuanmengzhan (Phoenix Ancient City Branch" - don't go there!), so the man was very understanding and accommodating. Overall great value.

Location is by the river, convenient. It is an old hotel and there is no lift. Owner was kind to help carry my wife's bag. Otherwise, Imagine having to lug your bags up four floors.

地理位置很好，交通非常便利。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，設施也很新，感覺非常滿意。從預訂到離開，每個細節都處理得井井有條。特別是老闆態度熱情又專業，讓我們感到賓至如歸。下次我還會選擇這家民宿。

因為不是節假日，所以我們是先看房再下訂的，走了幾家選中這家，老闆升級了房間。客棧在虹橋和跳巖中間，在巷子裏的一棟樓，沒有院子。老公喜歡進門的休息間，沒事可以坐着閑聊或休息。休息間和房間的窗户對着樓內一幅牆。房間內是榻榻米式床，還可以。衹是延遲退房權益老闆説不知道，一定要我們12前離開，在攜程已經不是第一次出現這個問題了，想着傍晚的高鐵，時間也相差也一段時間，所以也沒有投訴攜程。總體而言，地理位置可以，個人感覺性價比一般。

非常好的一次住宿體驗。裝修的民族風格，很有特色。老闆人好，我們從梵凈山下來一路趕過來，給我們打了幾次電話告訴車怎麼停，園區怎麼進，在哪接我們，非常仔細周到。驚喜的是還給我們免費升級江景房。房間寬敞明亮，很衞生，用品用具高檔。性價比很高，就在園區中心，很方便遊覽。

鳳凰是一個讓人賞心又悦目的地方，剛訂好單老闆就打電話問我們幾點到，把攻略做好不用擔心找不到，老闆娘還親自去下車的地方去接我們，給我們提行李，給我們耐心講解不踩雷不花冤枉錢等等，讓我們外地人一下就感受到了那份熱情和心中的芥蒂，由衷的讓人賞心，還有推薦的邊城更是一場視覺盛宴，強烈推薦

發現了一個蜘蛛 應該是從窗簾上掉下來的 還好被我踩死了 如果掉在身上怎麼辦 房間裏一股黴味 應該是常年沒有陽光照射 很潮濕 睡在床上都感覺身上癢 衹能穿了衣服睡了一晚上

環境：酒店位置不錯，出門穿過一個小衚衕就是沱江河邊，出門閑逛很方便！古城裡外夜晚很熱鬧！酒店這比較安靜！
設施：設施齊全，淋浴水龍頭冷熱水調節好用，酒店中式風格裝修的挺好！
衞生：屋裡屋外都很乾凈，衞生間排濕排氣稍微差一點點，不過可以接受！
服務：入住當天老闆會打電話確認一下行程，告訴怎麼坐車到古城，到古城後會接送！比較熱情！
住宿來講比較滿意，不過苗寨遊不建議報名，雖然團費不貴幾十塊，但是一趟下來一半時間在所謂扶貧購物！自己體會吧！耽誤一天時間不説，最後花不少錢！
