As a long-term guest in Vienna, I can responsibly say that this hotel is purely a wonderful thing in Vienna. The front desk clerk didn’t understand anything. I booked a special double bed room on Ctrip, but when I went to the room, it was very bad. Except for a bed and a small round table of 60 cm, there was nothing even a stool. The floor and walls of the room were still Pure white tiles! I immediately went to the front desk and asked to upgrade the deluxe room. The front desk said directly: The hotel can't handle it, you can handle it online! I told the front desk that I don’t understand this. You can use my mobile phone to order an upgrade. I was told directly that you would call Ctrip for processing. Then I asked to help me check out if I couldn't upgrade the room. I was also told to check out with Ctrip, but the hotel couldn't handle it. Then I contacted the lobby manager by phone. The lobby manager was too good. After the call was connected, I heard that the customer directly hung up the phone. Only after contacting the front desk in private WeChat several times, the lobby manager agreed to transfer the room, but an additional money of about 80 yuan was required. The official website shows that upgrading the deluxe bed room only needs an additional price of 26 yuan. After a long communication, the room was upgraded with a price increase of 37 yuan. 服務人員態度熱情。該店客房面積很大，感覺有40平米。佈局也較合理，大窗户採光好。走廊整潔寬敞。價位不到200元/晚，屬於實惠型選擇。我給5分評分。
