I went to Chongqing with my family a few days ago and chose this hotel. It was great! The location is quite good. It is basically within walking distance to Chaotianmen, Hongyadong and Jiefangbei. Raffles City and River View can be seen outside the window. The decoration and facilities are very modern. The rooms are spacious and bright, fully equipped and clean. The front desk service was very attentive and considerate. Seeing me with a child, he took the initiative to provide the child with toiletries. The variety of breakfast is also very rich. The accommodation experience this time was really outstanding. I will choose this hotel again next time I come!

The front desk service is warm and professional, and the safety factor in the mall is high. The elevator alone does not require a long wait like in an office building. It is easy to get in and out. When you go out, you are right at the Jiefang Monument on the delicious street. The front desk also has travel guides which are very considerate ❤️. The lobby also provides many Disposable women's items such as small hairpins, makeup remover pads, and alcohol tablets are everywhere. The room is clean and tidy, consistent with the pictures, and it is relatively quiet at night and not noisy. 11~

I stayed in this hotel for two days. The room type was different. Then the girl at the front desk called me to change rooms. I was thinking that I had already left. If I wanted to go back, I would go back at night. I was afraid that the hotel staff would take out my luggage directly. However, the girl at the front desk was really polite and enthusiastic and said that they would help carry the luggage. The room was also good and the feeling of staying was very good.

I love this place! Walking distance to many locations especially to 解放碑and 18梯. There's so many food nearby and the staff is friendly.fpr helping me to wash my clothes due to the washing machine malfunction. They changed the washing machine right away to a new working one too! The room is super comfy , I will stay here again ! There's multiple hotels in the same building with 4 working lifts so it takes quite a bit of time waiting for the lift sometimes. Best location if you are looking for convenience . You can purchase tickets for some attractions at the hotel reception too!

The river view is very good, and the service attitude is also very good ~ The hotel is just downstairs from the Chaotianmen Raffles Skytrain entrance. It is very convenient to travel. There are also many specialties in Chongqing. The hot pot is delicious. Lucy min Claire at the front desk is very good at service and has a sweet smile. Any questions? Prompt processing, and a very nice souvenir when leaving the store.
