Had a very pleasant time at the hotel. It's already March, and there is still snow. It's so beautiful. The room is clean and comfortable, and has all the facilities. (。・ω・。)ノ♡ The staff are warm and considerate. From check-in to check-out, the staff are very proactive if I have any needs, which makes me feel the warmth of home. I was also impressed by the food in the restaurant, especially the grilled chicken with mushrooms, which tasted great. In addition, the hotel's location is convenient and the surrounding transportation is convenient, allowing me to easily travel to various attractions. All in all, I am very satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is located in the Fairy Mountain Deep Forest Park Scenic Area. It has a beautiful environment. The scenery is very good on a sunny day and the air is fresh. However, the weather on the mountain is changeable and prone to cloudy and foggy days, which has a unique flavor. The mountain view room I booked was upgraded to a garden view room. The room was very clean and had floor heating. The balcony had a good view of a grassland. The hotel service is also very good. When traveling, you can contact the front desk to order a battery car. In particular, Xiao Zou at the front desk is very helpful and proactively introduces the conditions on the mountain and hotel services. The only bad thing is that the time intervals for the buses going down the mountain are long and irregular. Online car-hailing services charge a high price for going down the mountain. When traveling by train, you need to pay attention to the time schedule in advance.

For a 'resort hotel's there is not much of a resort. Facilities are limited same as service times and hours. Once you are in the hotel is not that close to walk to town and in-house activities are limited. It is grand (in view and space), but other than that there is not much of a 5 diamond level unfortunately. Service was trying to be attentive and expressively said if we needed anything to let them know, and when we requested extra toileteries, they questioned why. I don't have to explain them why I have to shower after a full day hike or if I decide to walk around and sweat again and need to take another shower, for the price paid this is out of line. Also if you are a coffee drinker there is not a real coffee until 10am apparently (didn't get to check as I departed earlier than that), breakfast only has instant mix of latte out of a machine, definitely not the taste you want to start your day.

Very satisfied with the hotel, I want to give it full marks in every aspect 💯. The hotel is very new, very clean, and the facilities are all smart. The sanitary ware is from Kohler and is of very good quality. The photos of the hotel on the website are completely credible. It is just like that, no difference! The guy at the front desk and the housekeeper were both very nice and responsive to our needs (I forgot to ask him his last name. He was a handsome guy with a round face and glasses. He gave us a lot of help. He also specifically contacted us in the entertainment hall and let us play table football. It’s so nice), and the lady at the front desk was also very kind and came specially to give us entertainment coins. The breakfast is rich in variety, including Chinese, Western and Japanese styles. There are many choices. The noodles and egg rolls are delicious. If you stay in Fairy Mountain for one night, this hotel has excellent facilities and services. It can be said to be the best choice.

Let’s take advantage of the snow in Fairy Mountain to play in the snow. Because we are traveling with families, convenience and comfort are the first priority. Zhuoya Hotel should be the number one in the Fairy Mountain Scenic Area. Although the price is a bit more expensive, the environment is unique, no matter it is summer The scenery is beautiful in winter, and the hotel facilities and services are very good. In terms of catering, because there were so many people staying this time, the service was a little behind. The food delivery was a bit slow, and the service couldn't keep up. But I went there in the summer. The dining experience at Yamei Restaurant is very good. You can also dine at the nearby Winbond Hotel, which is owned by a hotel group. The Winbond restaurant is large and has a richer menu selection. Each room has an independent garden. Just playing in the snow in the hotel is enough. The children had a lot of fun. The butler Xiao Li is attentive and you can find him when you check in.
