Came to Chongqing to watch Xue Zhiqian's concert. There were no rooms in Yuzhou, so I booked this five-star executive suite. I was dumbfounded as soon as I walked in. The facilities were old and the air conditioning in the room and living room had problems. The large glass facing west made it extremely hot. The bedding was uncomfortable. There was no choice but to make do with it. I don't know how the five-star rating came about, but it was the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The top administrative service floor was rented to a company, so what do you call it an executive suite? There were very few types of breakfast. The only thing you could eat was freshly cooked noodles. The front desk collected a deposit, but both machines were broken and couldn't scan it, so I had no choice but to pay in cash. When checking out, they kept stammering, saying that the cash had to be refunded after the room was checked. Do guests who book executive suites look like the kind of people who would rely on your family for consumption? In short, I don't recommend it.

The environment is good and the facilities are complete. Transportation is convenient, with a bus stop opposite and a light rail station nearby, providing direct access to many attractions.

The hotel seems to be newly renovated, and the elevator has also been replaced. Upon check-out, Xiaoxin and Xiaotan were very satisfied with their service. They will come again next time and look forward to the new renovation of the hotel!
