酒店環境不錯，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，有洗衣房，前台小姐姐服務熱情，辦理速度很快，有問必答，周圍逛街吃飯鴻鷗廣場也很近，離萬達也不遠。推薦

就在體育館後面，比一般的連鎖酒店要乾淨得多，參加馬拉松非常方便，為了讓大家參加比賽，酒店還貼心的把早餐提前到6點，下次還住這裏。

服務很好，因為第二天是萬州馬拉松，酒店特意把早餐時間提前到6點了，入住時就告知顧客，非常用心。酒店樓下有個人民食堂，之前是政府部門食堂，非常乾淨美味且實惠。

位置還是方便，離我想吃的那家火鍋特別近，周邊也有24小時的便利店。但是入住的時候特地問了是否安靜，需要安靜的房。當時説的是面對裏面的，屬於安靜。結果晚上跳壩壩舞的大概到九點，第二天早上有大貨車在運送東西那種，特別大的聲音，關了窗子也隔音差。偶爾隔壁關門大聲説話都感覺很近那種，希望加強下隔音。價格對應酒店設施的話，不值200多。前台態度還是多好的，極速退房很便捷。
