It's after nine o'clock. It's more than 600 yuan and close to seven hundred yuan a night. Is it really reasonable that I can only sleep until after nine o'clock before being woken up? And I seriously doubt that the deluxe king bed room I booked was the most basic room type, just like other cheaper photos.

It was my first time to travel to Fengjie. I thought that a star-rated hotel would be very good, but the result was surprising. The room facing the street was very noisy. When checking in at the front desk, a little girl seemed not very familiar with the business and was not very friendly. Later, another employee was replaced to complete the process quickly. If we evaluate according to the star rating standards, the overall feeling is far from enough!

The hotel is noisy and the sound insulation is not good. It is still very noisy even if the windows are closed. It is not good to rest. The room is also very old and has poor ventilation.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have never given a bad review. This is the first time. I walked to the room and asked about the price. The front desk told me 358. There was also a young girl who enthusiastically told me to call me from Ctrip is much cheaper. I don’t know the name of the little girl. Her service introduction is actually very good, but I also want to talk about the problem. I wanted to find a hotel with a clean and tidy environment, but I felt this I was very dissatisfied with the hotel. There were many flaws in the room. I could have called the front desk and asked, but it turned out that it was opened in 2012 and it was dark. Forget it, the bathroom was too big and unreliable, and the room was too old!

The building is located in a busy street, very close to the street, and there is an all-night night market. Even if you don't open the windows, you can't avoid the noise. I basically didn't sleep well all night. The room is also old, the wallpaper is moldy, and the carpet is dirty. The smell of smoke is very strong and the ventilation effect is not good. In short, it does not meet the four-star standard!

Parking is difficult. The toilet smells like sewerage. At five o'clock in the morning, someone was playing the suona downstairs. I was drunk.

Ctrip’s rating of 4.8 points is already very high. There was a staff member at the gate who was not sure whether he was a hotel staff member (the reason why he said this was because he was wearing work clothes but without a work badge. He had a cold face the whole time). When he saw our two fathers and sons, he looked at us with a cold face and walked in. A staff member in charge of epidemic prevention and control spoke a Chongqing dialect that I couldn't quite understand (I'm from Sichuan, so they all have similar accents) and asked about our three-digit code plus nucleic acid. He suggested that the hotel should encourage employees to speak Mandarin. , so communication is at least a little easier. After verifying various codes, I came to the two beauties who were surfing at the front desk. The check-in process was quite smooth. However, the front desk also spoke in dialect, so I had to complain. After arriving at the room, the room is quite well equipped, but basically there is a fee (there is a reminder at the front desk). The room should not be 35 square meters as described by Ctrip. It seems quite crowded, so crowded that the bathroom, shower room, and washroom can be found in a small cubicle with an area of ​​about five square meters, and the whole place can be seen at a glance. There is really no obstruction at all. Fortunately, we are two father and son, so we may not care that much. I called the front desk to ask for two chargers by phone. It took about 15 minutes and I called three times. The efficiency is a bit low. However, the room lady who provided the charger was quite nice. kind. Smiles are also abundant. I checked through the elevator that the hotel has a SPA, but the phone inquiry turned it off. We went for breakfast relatively early and many dishes were not served yet. But it's quite rich. However, the staff are still the same indifferent (also without work badges). In summary, the facilities are relatively old, the staff are indifferent and unenthusiastic (except for the room lady), the staff speak unprofessionally, and neither the security guards nor the restaurant staff have work badges. Know what to call it. I can only bite the bullet and call the waiter. The room configuration is rich but there are basically no gifts. The distance from the parking lot to the hotel is about 500 meters, but it has a musty smell. To be honest, before booking 261 pairs, I felt like I had made a profit, but after staying and checking out, I felt like I had made a loss.
