Most of the hardware facilities are good, but the trash cans in the room and toilet are too small. The overall atmosphere is great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast tastes good too. The pool is also great. The free bicycle rental service is also very good, but it is recommended to pay more attention to the brake problem. The brakes of some bicycles feel a bit loose. The location is very good, quiet and quiet. The only thing that made us uncomfortable was the attitude of the staff. I had paid all the housing payments online in advance, but I was asked to pay an additional deposit of 2,000 baht on site, which shocked us. I have stayed in so many hotels and I have never been asked to pay a deposit. Although the staff was still very polite, what we felt was insincerity and even a bit contemptuous. The staff said they were afraid that we would damage the facilities in the room, so they needed to pay a security deposit, which would be returned to us after we checked out. We still gave us 2,000 yuan, but it caused us inconvenience because we had to go directly to the airport to leave Thailand after checking out, so returning us 2,000 yuan in cash after checking out was very troublesome for us and took up time on our trip. in budget. So the next day we told the staff that please return the cash to us. We can temporarily swipe the card instead. However, when we checked out on the last day, they said that we could not swipe the money back. We need to withhold the two thousand yuan and wait for 14 days. If there is no problem It will be brushed back. We don’t understand again here. If cash can be refunded immediately, why do you have to wait 14 days to swipe a card? We understand that tourists from a certain country may have caused losses to the hotel, which led to your reaction, but it is really uncomfortable for us to face the guests with a suspicious or even contemptuous attitude. Although the staff was very polite and tried their best when explaining Keep smiling, but we can feel the insincerity and discrimination underneath the smile.

There are many restaurants near Tha Phae Gate. It's a 15 minute walk to Warorot Market, and there's a coffee shop along the way, so it's recommended for a walk. I would like to thank the front staff for their assistance. Breakfast has a lot of items, but you may have different tastes. . Unfortunately, the nearby bar? Loud music was played from 10:00 pm to 3:00 am and I had trouble sleeping during my stay. We recommend bringing earplugs. The pool is small, but the water is clean. The Brazilian Blue Cafe across the river in front of the hotel is delicious and good value.

My sister and I stayed at this guesthouse and had a wonderful time. Our room was clean and had a surprising amount of floorspace. The owner and managers of the hotel were very friendly and had good tips about the city. The location was great! I is inside the old previously-walled portion of Chiang Mai. We were within walking distance of nearly all the good temples and excellent restaurants and bars. This is great for a solo traveler, friends or a couple traveling together.

I had requested an airport pickup but this never happened - I had to take a taxi from the airport. The hotel is nice and centrally located. The owner/manager is very nice but can come across as a bit overbearing. The room was adequate although the bathroom/shower is very small and uncomfortable. It was very difficult to take a shower and there was water everywhere. The hotel is right next to other food places so there might be a lot of noise if you are a light sleeper. I had a nice time and will recommend this hotel :-)

The hotel was a shock, the photographer made a crazy job taking and changing the photos because the reality was everything else than the pictures. But I thought, even if the hotel is out right in the 50s and the room is a sinister limit (and as warm as a sauna because there is no air condition), given the price it didn't bother me. The small restaurant nearby was nice, the swimming pool that burned the eyes too ... All was okay, but very quickly, I had a full of buttons to slip down. I thought it was mosquitoes because, for the first time in northern Thailand, I often do not get shocked, so most of all, there was not really windows but 'glass stores'. I thought they were going through this in the night. I thought it. For several days. When I saw the buttons multiplied, I was swallowing cream and anti-moustic spray but nothing was done. Then one day I lifted up my ear and see ... bed punishes. Full of chips. My bed was infested, although the chairs were white and seemed clean, it wasn't the case of the matlas. Ignoble. To crown the whole manager was extremely unpleasant, never a smile, a thankful, I was a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little

I stayed at Villa Lantara for a week and loved it. Great location overlooking the Old City moat, close to bars and restaurants - Wua Lai Walking Street with its fabulous and cheap street food is a couple of minutes walk away - and 5 minutes walk away from Loi Kroh Road where you’ll find even more places to eat and drink and have a massage. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I stayed in one of their suites which are very large and comfortable with huge balconies looking over Bumrung Buri Road. Some of the most beautiful temples in Chiang Mai are also nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is very clean, located in the ancient city, very convenient to go to the weekend night market. The front desk staff communicated in English throughout the whole process, and there was basically no problem. Check in and check out were smooth. The room was also very quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. In addition to no slippers, you need to bring your own toothbrushes, everything else is readily available. The price is relatively high, it is recommended to take the elderly first.
