Said that the customer stayed in room 700, I was shocked. Hey, there are 7 floors or not. Go up to the room is very wow, big room, double bed and see Doi Suthep view, not 360 but 180, very impressed. Sleep and rest in the evening.. Come down to the office, where is street food in Chiang Mai? Phong recommends to tell the way in a very friendly way. Cute in the northern way You say any word, Zhao, Zhao, Zhao, very smiling, and the breakfast is delicious. Even if I come down to eat for another 10 minutes, it will close. don’t know how to review this hotel but my room was charged 200 bahts during checking out. They said that we made a lost of their one slipper. We didn’t even take it and I thought it was lost when the cleaner came to clean our room the day before I checked out. I didn’t want to miss my flight at those time, so I didn’t have much time to argue with receptionist. I paid her 200 bahts. It’s her job and she seems like no sense of responsibility. She said if we didn’t pay her, she’s the one who paid what is lost because she did the report. All the facilities are good there but I won’t ever go to stay there again. If you don’t want to meet this like me, better not let the cleaner come to clean the room and also please check out the room clearly before you leave and go to check out the room at least 2 hours before you leave the hotel. So if there’s any problems, you can argue with them freely.

We got the family room, which was absolutely nothing like the beautiful, modern rooms in the main hotel, which the couple we were traveling with had and enjoyed. It was quite the opposite. Our room was in a connected building with a dark, shabby, un-attended entry. Simple railroad-style rooms were separated by curtains only, so parents have to walk through kids’ room to access the bathroom. The bathroom is oddly large and institutional, all tan and tile with stalls for multiple toilets and showers, reminiscent of a dorm. At night, bright lights shine through the windows all along one side of the room, even around the curtains — glass was frosted and windows unopenable. The room’s lounge area was not remotely comfortable for hanging out in. We still had access to the pool in the main hotel, but it is very, very small. And the cafe serving the little tables near it was never open (bring-your-own situation was fine, however). Good location and staff was kind. But for the price we paid and what the website showed/misrepresented, we expected much nicer.

Nature Boutique Hotel was great for me. Its quite new so facilities for the budget price are good. I took a double room, but there are also twins for the same price and cheaper dorms.I got my room very reasonably on Agoda..cheaper than booking directly at the hotel. The rooms are small and simple but have everything you need. A fridge, tea & coffee making, good bed and shower. Glass bottled water and fresh towels are given daily. Rooms are very clean. You need to request cleaning if you want more than every 3 days. Just ask at reception. The location in the old town is excellent with everything i needed within walking distance. There's a market at the end of the road, 7 eleven close by and lots of restaurants, tour booking and massage places around. I enjoyed visiting several wats in the area too. Also plenty of red taxi vans to go further afield. Staff are friendly and helpful. All in all a great place at an excellent price, I extended my stay and was there 2 weeks. As a solo I always felt safe and comfortable.

A 5 stars boutique hotel located in old town, very convinence👍 Right in front is the walking street/ open market on Sunday. There is a school opposite to the hotel. Its rather noisy in the morning as my room is facing to the school, however trouist like us usually wake up early so no big deal. All snackssss/drinksss in the mini bar are free👍👍 includes cokes, beers, 6 bottles of water, lemon tea, chipsss, chocolate. 😅 😁 Afternoon tea by the pool is free too! Very good for those who want to relax in the hotel Staffs are very friendly👍👍

The decoration and room style of the homestay are very girlish, especially the tiles in the room. Although it is a windowless room, it is complete with all the organs and the bed is clean and comfortable. In addition to the design of the toilet sink is not very reasonable, the rest is very good. The clothes can be dryed to the balcony on the roof. But the balcony is unscreened and does not rule out the possibility of raining at night. Auntie is also very polite, will ask if you need to clean the room, if you don't need it, you will put paper towels and two bottles of water at the door, will not disturb the guests. Speaking of the location, although on the edge of the ancient city, I personally feel that it is very convenient to have a grab anywhere. The location of the hotel driver can accurately arrive and pick up, so I don't feel remote. The breakfast variety is quite good for this price accommodation. The toast instant noodles are served with various sauces, coffee, milk and hot water. I love toast bread here, very good! Finally, the little fat brother at the front desk should be the boss, very polite, will chat with us and will also carry our luggage for us, in short, I am very happy to live here for two days, Chiang Mai is a leisurely city, it is worth going again, if you stay, you don't have to consider it, recommend everyone to come here!

The room is really stylish and gives you Oriental vibes. In the bathroom you can find all kinds of ameneties even a dental and a shaving kit. You can get a good sleep in the bed! I couldn't give the maximum score because the cleanliness offers small room for improvement but overall the stay was great! Just look at the nice pool and you can understand why!

TV corner, Netflix service, excellent customer care Warm welcome from the staff The place to sleep is comfortable, quiet, no noise. Excellent clean It is recommended to stay here for the whole family, as a couple, or if you want a backpacker atmosphere, you will have more friends. Breakfast and shared kitchen are available for backpacker for single and family rooms. There is a private kitchen and a private bathroom in the room. Comfortable, the place walks out to find food, restaurants, markets. Near the bar, near the mall, near the temple. Highly recommended here.

QUU Hotel in Chiang Mai was the best hotel by far we have stayed in during our holiday in Thailand. The staff are fantastic and helpful and go out of their way to help you and make your stay one to remember. The rooms are almost brand new, large in size, clean and very modern and stylish. The breakfast is generous and fresh, and their cafe and coffee is also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Chiang Mai, and now wished we’d stayed in Chiang Mai at the QUU hotel longer than the 4 nights we booked. It is incredible value for what you pay. We’ll definitely be back to stay!

I visited Chiang Mai for a few days. The Valentier Cafe and Hotel was a great choice as it is near many places of interest. The street the hotel is on is quiet and has many interesting cafes and restaurants. It's in a cool neighborhood in Old Chaing Mai. The room was super cozy and comfortable. AC worked very well and was super quiet. The hotel has a pool perfect for families with small children. I definitely recommend the Valentier Cafe and Hotel

This is our second visit to Chiang Mai. This time my wife and I stayed in The White Elephant Home for two nights. The location is great, very close to old city, only several minutes’ walk. I prefer to stay outside the old city for quiet, clean and comfortable neighbourhood. We booked a room for two and they upgraded us to a family room for three. The room is spacious, new and clean with a lovely balcony. The interior and exterior match the photos and description on the website. Breakfast is freshly cooked and is delicious. We enjoyed it in the lovely garden. The staff are nice and helpful, they have friendly smiles all the time. They speak good English and provided useful information to us in buying Green bus ticket to Chiang Rai. I didn't drive this time but I saw them providing car covers to guests and helped to cover and to remove it. Will definitely stay in The White Elephant Home again if we visit Chiang Mai again. Highly recommend!
