Facilities: very complete Hygiene: Very clean. The staff is cleaning the yard at around 4:00 in the morning. Because I get up to meditate at this time every day, I happen to see sweeping the floor in front of the door. Environment: beautiful and atmospheric Service: normal stand-alone service (there is no such thing as kneeling and licking), but when you find them, they will help you solve them in a new way. When I know that I need mosquito coils to burn out every day, I will add them without reminder Before I checked in, I saw that the air conditioner and service were complained about by the above. I was also worried that the air conditioner was not cooling enough. After all, it was too hot at noon, but after I checked in, I found that the air conditioner was very good. There is also a fan. The fan is also sufficient for girls who are afraid of the cold. Early in the morning It's cool without air conditioner at night~ Let’s focus on the toiletries. I personally think it’s better than Hermès and some other big brands. I’m going to buy their toiletries for home use. My hair and skin are very soft after washing. Disadvantages: The toothbrush is not easy to use, too hard and too big. My boyfriend went to the gym for a run. I didn't go in to see it. It should be pretty good. The swimming pool is very nice. There are sunscreen and ice water next to it. The key point is that the surrounding area of the swimming pool seems to be air-conditioned and shaded. It is different from the outdoor swimming pools of other hotels. Swimming at noon is still very relaxing~ Finally, praise my beloved breakfast. I am a vegetarian and like to eat raw food and green juice. This hotel perfectly exceeds my expectations. Breakfast green juice, vegetables soaked in olive oil, steamed vegetables, salads, etc. are all available, and bread It’s delicious, and the little yogurt cup is also delicious. Normal Thai food is cooked differently for you every day. It’s super authentic and delicious. Because the ingredients and seasoning are good, it’s much more delicious than Thai restaurants outside. In addition, the restaurant offers Thai food and Western food for lunch and dinner, which can be ordered a la carte, which is also very delicious. Next to it is the Warorot Market where you can visit during the day, and walk along the river at night to watch the sunset. There is also a Saiping restaurant with a high Google score by the river. The singer sings very well, and the Thai food is also authentic, but it is not as delicious as the hotel. There are also several great designer shops nearby to visit. There is a bar street at night, and there is also a yoga shop during the day~ Compared with the hotel on Manning Road and the Pigeon Wall, I love this place the most. It can be placed at the same level as dhard dhevi, another very Nalan-style hotel that closed down due to the epidemic. It is more cost-effective in terms of cost performance I haven't stayed in a heritage hotel before, so I don't really want to try it. I will definitely choose this hotel when I come to Chiang Mai in the future.

Stay again for sure Reserve a family room, a spacious room, a comfortable bed, 2 rubber pillows, open the door to see the pool view. It is a salt water pool, not very deep, so children can play. very like children The service personnel are good, friendly, there are services and facilities that are convenient and ready. The only disadvantage is that the entrance is quite narrow. Because coming to the Fortuner car, the entrance is very suitable for the car, there is a risk of scratching the car And if it's still a rather sharp curve But inside the hotel is very ok It's private, not loud at all. Come to stay again, of course, the price is very cheap. Must come if Chiang Mai to relax and save the budget. The place is in the city too. very ok with this place Check-in a little bit late, that is, the staff did not adjust the price. I like it very much 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 Stay again for sure. This is a gem. Tucked away down a side street the hotel welcomes you with a smiling car park manager, guiding you into the parking entrance. Once in, the 30 or so room hotel surrounds an oasis of a pool, protected by beautiful trees and shrubs that provide much needed cover from the sun. Loungers are enough for the guests, and are probably the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced. Very warm jacuzzi pool sits in the middle of a cool water giving you options on a “plunge” pool Rooms are delightfully decorated with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are a little on the small side for a 6ft 6 chap and the shower is missing a rain shower head to stand underneath. And a tower trail would be a useful addition. That said, it’s comfortable and had a fantastic balcony over looking the pool, and dining room. Food onsite is very good, and bar is lovely and cool but does close early at 10.30. Hotel manager came out to speak to guests regularly and explained it had recently reopened after refurbishment and there are still one or two things to be finished, such as the gym, which was closed for us. Great restaurants near by give walking options if you don’t fancy tuk tuk into town. Fantastic rustic coffee shop, and a cookery school are also great options to hang out. The wonderful staff of the hotel round off a fantastic place to stay in Chiang Mai. We loved it, plan to revisit and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

The hotel is small and cozy, located relatively close to the city center in a quiet side street. True, not the cleanest in Chiang Mai, but not the dirtiest and gloomiest. There is a small swimming pool on the roof of one of the buildings. Quite green area, excellent patio. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. Good breakfasts. Variety is minimal, but delicious. There are set lunches of both European and Asian types. Asian ones are naturally tastier. The size of these complexes is amazing when you see it for the first time))). The quality of cleaning could have been a little better - in the last photo the sole of the slippers, which were used exclusively inside the room, on the second day. Special mention should be made of the staff. Yes, this is not the Ritz-Carlton. But they will always help you, answer your question, resolve the situation, etc. They are very kind and friendly. The feeling of being among friends or at home. In general, the impressions are very positive. But wet cleaning is worth thinking about.

This resort is in the heat of Chang Mi town center. A very quiet relaxing hotel that was opened up by the royal princess. This mini resort is really a good place to escape from everyday life. We stayed in one of the suites, very spacious, very clean, had lovely aromas, a super big spa bath, and an overall elegant look to it. A great outside space overlooking the property, and a nice bed lounger too. The housekeeping team really knows what they're doing and is very polite. All staff at the resort are very pleasant. The pool area for this resort is great, very clean, and has good features. A good place to cool down after day drips in the heat. Breakfast is located over the road at their off-site restaurant. Breakfast is very simple, and offers you different national types of dishes. Really good. The seating area looks over the river which is great to see while having breakfast. This resort pretty much leaves you to it, to enjoy your time. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here if you are looking to escape.
Ketawa Pet Friendly Hotel

When planning our trip to Chiang Mai, my daughter gave me a shortlist of three places to stay in...I took less than three seconds to plump for this hotel. When we checked in, it was almost midnight, but Jackie the rescue Husky was there to greet us. The room was huge, super comfortable, with every thoughtful (and tasteful) touch added...the room and bathroom spotlessly clean, the latter well-provided with toiletries. We were initially intending to stay three nights and then switch to another place for our remaining two nights. But the next morning we met the rest of Ketawa's doggy family and promptly changed our bookings to stay there right through. With a packed schedule planned for every single day, the fact that breakfast service begins at 7.00 am and offers 6 ”fulfilling” options at a reasonable price was a real blessing. The meal kept us going until late afternoon/evening with just water or juice in between to beat the heat. It also gave us the opportunity to enter the dog-interaction area and cuddle Ketawa's collection of darling pooches, who were just as willing to return our kisses! All in all we had an unforgettable experience with smiling friendly staff, and a wonderfully designed property with a beautiful garden. I would definitely consider returning with a favourite book, simply to enjoy reading in the peace of the garden, the good food and service, and the ever-present company of loving animals.

Big room compare to most of the hotel in Chiang Mai will same price. Great location as it was near the center of the city. Many cafe and resturant around the corner. Staff was so helpful and nice. But water pressure is a bit low. Another problem is we can easily hear nebiour voice at night.

I stayed in a suite for three nights. The room was very spacious at 78 square meters and had two bathrooms. It was cost-effective. Hotels in the city center can only accommodate less than 30 square meters. The hotel is on Tha Pae Road. It only takes more than ten minutes to get to the ancient city by borrowing a bicycle. It will not be noisy at night. Several employees in the store are very nice and conscientious. Everything is clean. The front desk employee on the night shift also enthusiastically helped us call a taxi. She even told us that she was sorry if the price was too high and said that she would use another platform to help us call a cheaper one next time. In fact, we were already very grateful. We wanted to order more ordinary hotel tissues for bedside use, but they went to the supermarket and bought a large pack for me to take away, which made me embarrassed to use them. The meals are also very delicious. If you check the boxes one night in advance, they can be prepared at the time requested by the guests and delivered to the room without going downstairs. Very friendly to Chinese guests. Thank you very much during these extraordinary times!
