New hotel but not fully ready for opening, room type that’s booked was not available when checking in, it took more than an hour before the hotel staff can settle the room type and arrange checkin, very disappointed.
And when having shower in the bathroom at night, it suddenly ran out of hot water, and it was early Feb and still not summer yet. Called the reception, they said someone was fixing but it wasn’t fixed till the next morning. The shower was a nightmare. Hotel did not even notify guest that hot water was out and no apology at all on the incident.
Definitely not recommended.

房間很新，乾淨明亮，登記入住時前台幫忙升級了房間，考慮很周到。樓下就有共享單車點，很方便騎行到各個景點，位置離景點都差不多在3公里內，十分便利。入住體驗到服務都很讓人驚喜啦，前台都特別客氣，很有禮貌，真的是客户至上啊，早餐也是很不錯啦！中間有事耽擱前台還免費延遲了退房，服務很熱情！總之性價比特別高，下次來潮州旅行還要再來

來潮州玩，停車場大，方便我們停車，酒店也很新很高檔，小王服務很好！熱情周到。附近的財富中心很多好吃的，牌坊街也好多我愛吃的，離古城很近，去哪兒玩都方便，房間乾淨又衞生，床也夠大睡的很舒服！凌晨還點了一個外賣，非常方便。醒來就是吃吃吃，太爽啦！！一整個愛住了❤️

這家酒店真的超級贊，價格實惠，房間衞生也做的很乾凈，環境位置挺好的，前台的小王服務也特別周到，送了爆米花，還幫忙升級了房間。旁邊有一個潮汕的牛肉火鍋味道超級贊，傍晚我們還逛了有名的牌坊街和廣濟橋，景點都很集中，都在古城附近，真的是不虛此行。

因為馬拉松比賽住的，潮州酒店普遍溢價比較高。按平日160+的價格來説，性價比還不錯。
酒店附近就是商場，位置很方便，去潮州古城開車15~20分鐘的距離。裝修和衞生都不錯的，房間空間也挺大，前台的服務員都很好，小王特別熱情，服務都很不錯的。

很不錯的酒店，第一次來潮州，隨便選了一個離古城距離差不多的酒店，來住了發現真的很不錯，首先位置很好，離古城10多分鐘的路程，旁邊財富中心也很近。衞生也是很乾凈，洗漱用品這些也很好。前台的服務員小王很熱情，服務很周到

第二次入住了！挺好的 感覺這個在市區裏 一個人來旅遊也不擔心安全問題 這個地段人比較多熱鬧一些 ，就是這個電視機沒得投屏，下次建議給那個幕布可以投屏的房間帶個桌子吧，上次入住的是幕布的沒桌子 但是可以投屏 一個人來沒這麼無聊

特意選了這家新開的酒店，很喜歡大堂跟房間的裝修風格，看得出在裝修花了很多心思，本來看到有很火的侘寂風房間想嘗試一下的，但是經費有限最後選擇了雙床房。床品很舒服，智能語音控制直接解放雙手。店裡的早餐比預想中要更豐富，這點對於我們出差的人來説顯得特別棒。下次來出差還是優選這家。
