經常住這家酒店，這次的房間淋浴籠頭冷熱水是反的，洗澡放了半天沒熱水。換到冷水方向是熱水。服務人員經常換新人，服務態度有待提高。網上訂的房間，登記的時候特地説了，儘量不要馬路邊的房間，因為比較吵鬧。之前服務人員每次也是儘量安排。現在服務員説你訂的就是靠馬路邊的。我也沒看到訂的房間有什麼區別啊！既然你説了是靠馬路邊，我就問一下之前沒有這情況。有什麼錯？服務人員就不能態度友好一點解釋嗎？

空調有股異味，開了一會感覺頭暈的很，感覺床上浮灰有點多，衞生間的馬桶看起來還怪高級的，我還以為是個電動智能馬桶，結果衹是自動沖水，但是這個馬桶識別不準，然後還死機了兩次，不出水，按那個手動按鍵也不行，最後沒辦法找到插座重啟才恢復工作，還有圖片裏的😰，感覺總體服務態度還是比較好的，衹是硬件設施是不是要改善一下子

辦入住的時候前台小姐姐人很熱心的幫我辦了入住。房間衞生也很乾凈、被子是鵝絨的很暖和、床墊也很軟。電視可以投屏。電視也很大、看電影很不錯。酒店還提供一次性刮鬍刀、和洗衣液。洗衣房的洗衣機自帶烘乾功能。客房阿姨的服務也很貼心。衞生紙用完了會給我拿。前台的茶也很好喝，晚上温度低喝着熱茶還是很舒服的。

很少給差評，原因有二：
1、下午三點半左右到店辦理入住的，進房間掀開被子床單上竟有好多碎毛髮，而且看上去臟臟的，打掃壓根就沒換過床單，真是無語了，酒店衞生有待加強啊，本來訂了2天，第二天渾身癢，果斷退房走人…
2、空調也沒個*用，就是擺設，被子很薄，晚上睡覺直哆嗦。

房間設施挺新的，位置出行方便，早餐不錯，就是前台小哥哥忘記給早餐券了，我以為直接報房號就可以了，也沒主動要，早上去吃早餐，餐廳服務員要早餐券，有點尷尬😅，之後又跑一樓拿了早餐券，這點服務有待提高！
