I want to buy it myself, just in advance enjoy it haha The breakfast is very rich! Local specialty mushroom oil noodles + big row + a few side dishes, and ordered two cups of coffee at the cafe in the store, exquisite and delicious! On the edge is the Shanghu Scenic Area. The natural environment of this location is really excellent. Very happy, worth the money, I want to bring my family to experience it next time!

This hotel has a fabulous location, situated in Changshu downtown area and steps away from restaurants and shopping marts. it is also very close to major tourist sites along the Yu Mountain. The hotel has a decent gym, a swimming pool, and a nice inhouse restaurant. The hotel breakfast has many choices and the quality is good too. The whole staff team is very professional and friendly.

出行前一天就接到了酒店前台的電話，加了微信留了車牌號，安排免費停車，順便告知了前台娃過生日，希望佈置一下房間。到達酒店前台給升級了套房，還説由於東西有限，衹是簡單佈置了一下。到了房間就知道，真的太謙虛了。客廳、房間都佈置了，連廁所都有氣球。還給小朋友準備了禮物。晚上還送來了蛋糕。酒店坐落於尚湖景區，原來是尚湖的商業街改造的。很漂亮，走走都是景。酒店自帶的餐廳味道也不錯，住店客人85折。酒店去尚湖和飛熊樂園都是步行可達，地理位置真的方便。兩個景點都適合遛娃。服務是非常棒的，幾乎每個員工都很熱情，下次換個季節再來打卡

The taste after the vegetarian chicken and snow dishes is also excellent in the hotel breakfast noodles, but it is not Changshu fried noodles. Self-service laundry has no opportunity to use, which is very helpful to travelers.

Because I wanted to go to Xingfu Temple, I chose the Buyunlou Garden View Hotel in Yueshanxuan on Ctrip. It has a Chinese-style garden design, is quiet, private, and less noisy. The location is at the foot of Yushan Mountain, a few steps away from Xingfu Temple and Yushan Cableway, and walk to the north of Yushan Mountain. The road is only 10 minutes away and there are many noodle shops and teahouses around the hotel. Xingfu old noodle shop is the most famous. It is said that Changshu people like to drink tea and eat noodles, so there are many noodle shops and teahouses. The hotel lobby is antique and has many collections such as agarwood tea cakes and many other buffet breakfast varieties. A combination of Chinese and Western, you can also order mushroom oil noodles and actually eat authentic salted tofu pudding. The hotel has been open for a long time. The facilities are a bit outdated, but the service is first-class. Whether it is the lobby manager, front desk restaurant or room service, they are as caring as the spring breeze and drizzle. It can be said that they feel friendly and natural in all aspects such as dining, communication, etc. in the room service restaurant. A mature hotel gives guests a good experience. The same manager was on duty in the lobby from morning to night for two days. I was very impressed. Before leaving the hotel, we learned that we were going up a mountain, and they prepared a small fan for us. When we were hiking on Yushan Mountain under the scorching sun, we found a small fan in our bag. How precious this ray of cool breeze was. Just two days is too short. I look forward to my next trip to Yueshanxuan.

After having shared a somewhat negative experience before, it is completely right to share my experience here again after my second stay. The serious and sincere response to the previous review was reason to book a second stay without hesitation. The personal welcome on arrival, the room upgrade and welcome gift showed appreciation. The restaurant manager had already noticed my arrival and provided me with a nice cup of coffee. If you share your travel plan in advance, the front desk will arrange suitable and affordable transport with experienced drivers to and from the locations you want to visit. The rooms are diverse, spacious, neatly clean and sufficiently equipped with everything you need during your stay. The restaurant is spacious and provides a wide range and varied breakfast. An extensive lunch and dinner menu is also included. The quality of the food is excellent and their must be a master-cooker in the kitchen. The background music was in harmony of the moment. The staff are friendly, helpful and, above all, caring their guests. It is making a stay at this Pullman hotel particularly enjoyable. This hotel manages to continue to guarantee health and hygiene, without you as a guest experiencing any inconvenience. All staff deserve appreciation. Still want to appreciate 3 people particularly. - Damien, general manager, who subtly showed his attentiveness to the well-being of his guests. - Luca, restaurant manager, who knows what 'his' guests need and is able to give that little bit extra, so that you feel 'pampered' as a guest. Super! - Candice, guest experience director, (who should be mentioned first). She is modestly in the right place at the right time. With her focused attention, she gauges the needs of guests, she excels in accuracy. Special appreciation for her professional personal and business dealings. The hotel is outdated, the soundproofing is extremely poor, the people next door can hear clearly, and the sound of sleeping and snoring is as clear as possible.
