A hidden gem of a hotel, a short walk from Shajiabang scenic area. Staff were very friendly, allowing us a late check out. The peace and tranquility are the outstanding features of this property, making it an ideal spot for a romantic getaway.

裝修設施大約老牌四星標準，性價比高，酒店浴缸還準備了免費浴套。看到小朋友鬧騰立即送了個小禮物哄，周圍環境也不錯。小樹小花小橋小亭。

昨天陰差陽錯訂了這家酒店，因為是臨時起意不在南通住了，準備往回走沙家浜兜一圈，酒店也訂的差不多了，突然跳出了四季酒店，價格便宜，馬上下手訂了。後來才知道是試運營，衹是在攜程試着怎麼操作，居然被我搶了。前台馬上來道歉，問我要不要考慮住宿，我回答肯定後很貼切的提前幫我把空調打開了。告知沒有自助餐早餐後，跟我確認了用餐時間後，提供了四宮格和一碗常熟傳統的麪，早餐也豐富，沒吃完，醬牛肉很不客氣的打包帶走了。還貼切的送了一個禮盒賠罪。其實有什麼好賠罪的，服務已經很到位了，這個價格連鎖酒店根本沒法做到這些，所以必須給好評

很不錯的酒店，就是那種大型豪華傳統酒店的感覺。
環境：很安靜的地方，酒店裡麪還有個自己的小院子，有個池塘，還有小亭子。很不錯。
衞生：房間收拾得很乾凈
服務：前台很熱情，熱心回答問題，接待也很積極
設施：房間很大，有桌子可以辦公。基礎設施比較齊全，方便使用。
