第一次來常熟出差，隨便定了一個工作地點附近的酒店，當時也沒想太多，沒想到挺驚喜的，前台小哥哥服務非常好，房間面積很大，也很乾凈，一點不像二百多塊的酒店，性價比非常高，以後再來常熟就還是這裏

到常熟找朋友玩，定了天際雲端大酒店。首先酒店的距離非常完美，對面就是大潤發，太近了！下樓走一段距離就到方塔街步行街，去印象城也都很方便，願意走路的，可以沿着新顏路往西，一路都有店鋪可以逛，總之地理位置絕佳。房間空間極大，在仿古實木地板上鋪一張瑜伽墊，就可以在上做瑜伽啦。床也極大床品舒適，隔音好，熱水沖澡特別解壓。樓下有個漫貓咖啡，味道不輸星巴克，還有個禮品店也是東西超級多。酒店整體服務也不錯，員工都很有禮貌，有問必答。感覺無論是商務出差還是家庭出行，都是值得入的絕佳選擇。

外表看着平平無奇，房間真是驚艷無比。竟然還有浴缸！空間很大，乾濕分離，洗手枱和衞生間、浴室很美貌，卧室稍顯陳舊，整體乾淨明亮整潔，大床舒適，布草質量也不錯。可以説是性價比王者。

酒店內的設施比想象中好不少
房間夠大 設施維護的也很好
雖然沒有早餐但對面就是大潤發 找吃的很方便
唯一不太滿意的是隔音 不確定用的什麼材料晚上隔壁房間內説話聲都能聽見 對睡眠差的朋友相當不友好

真是網友説的“三星的大堂，四星的房間，五星的浴室”
在常熟住一晚要求不高挺好的
有地下停車場，對面大潤發，KFC必勝客韓國都有，樓下還有錫籠記，早飯就是在那解決的，味道不錯

房間的浴室很大 洗澡水也大 好評～樓下有地面和地下停車場 每次出去問前台拿一張停車票 也挺方便的～樓下有小籠店 對面大潤發也有吃的～去琴湖溪裏 方塔附近 開車都不遠～

酒店在一個大樓的5，6層，大樓看上去有點酒，酒店的房間設施還是可以的。附近吃飯的地方還是挺多的，對面就是大潤發。
酒店停車場停車位沒問題，就是目前沒有充電樁。
