樓棟都很老舊，房間更是臟亂差，相比較其他公寓差的不是一星半點，連門關着都費勁，而且是一個大房間，沒有隔間的，一家人住着不算方便，床單被罩都臟沒有常換洗，還有第一回住店聽説電費要省着用本來房間價格就不便宜了，還要按金，還要各種節省，房間礦泉水也沒有，就一個空調，開半天也不暖和，下單下的太急了估計5.0是自己人刷出來的，對環境衞生比較講究的就還是別下單了，不想住的話連住宿費帶按金通通不給返，停車費也不給包的都要自己付，其他公寓水電停車費都包在內的。總的來説完全顛覆我們一家人對長沙的印象。

咱就是説，到底這個公寓的評分為什麼是五分？難道是長沙標配嗎？長沙人這麼能忍？廁所蹲坑咱就不説了，你個廁所門吱吱嘎嘎關不上，聞一晚上的廁所味。住進去了才告知，我們花的錢不包括電費，那玩意另算，兩個晚上呼呼跑了54度電，那空調也是老牛拉破車一晚上坑坑響個不停，關鍵它不暖和不暖和！！！被子枕頭就不説了，自己看圖片吧，這次旅行，最差體驗給湖南

臟亂差，房間門竟然是沒有反鎖的，熱水洗到一半是冷水，被子很薄叫老闆送多一床被子，微信語音，訊息，電話都不接。最可惡的時候我退房的時候跟老闆説了，老闆自己沒起床讓我把鑰匙放房間，我還送去20樓辦理入住那裡給老闆，關門沒人在，後面鑰匙我放房間裏。在我退房離開7個小時後下午接近17點，老闆告訴我電費用了19度，要我補9度的電費。然後我現在退房2天了，老闆一直沒有退按金給我。同是長沙同價位的民宿服務和衞生都好太多。

可以的，環境很好，衞生乾淨，房屋明亮，舒適，推薦大家入住，老闆一家也很客氣，真的很不錯，推薦，下次有機會來再來住！入住後隨便拍了幾張被我弄混亂的圖看下環境，不錯的，好評

位置不錯的，對面就是湘博，走走過去很方便，樓下吃東西那些也蠻多的，叫外賣那些選擇也蠻多的。房間寬敞整潔，配套設施該有的都有，拎包即住，好評～

房間衞生非常乾淨，老闆和老闆娘特別熱情下樓來接的我行李什麼的多幫着拿，名宿位置也非常好馬路對面就是博物館，步行10鍾就可以到烈士公園和湘雅醫院看病和旅遊多非常合適性價比也比較高。

房間衞生搞的非常乾淨，老闆服務非常好很熱情酒店王位置適合旅遊就醫博物館就在對面烈士公園走路幾分鐘就可以到，湘雅醫院也在旁邊，可以自己弄飯吃廚具也非常齊全

和封面圖片一樣小清新，圖片中床是剛被我躺過的，看起來有點亂哈哈哈
房間大，設備齊全，老闆可熱情了，離博物院和湘雅都近，去參觀打卡或者看醫生很方便，樓層高，視野好，我住的22樓，安靜不吵鬧，可以從窗户看到富興和湘雅，便宜實惠非常值！
