預訂之前看到評論裏説的，沒想到是真的。如果你是來長沙旅遊的，建議不要預訂，非常影響旅遊心情。本來是在其他平台已經預訂好的，而且下單前還特意與房東溝通了是否可以正常入住，當時信誓旦旦説可以，等到入住的時候就會找各種理由，讓你以自己的原因把平台上的單給退了，直接與房東線下交易。直接就是趕鴨子上架似的入住，如果不想被拿捏，請不要下單。我就踩雷了，衹能認栽。與此同時，房東在入住的時候，還會CPU你，讓你認為你賺到了，各種洗腦。總之就是入住的時候感覺根本住不到自己定的房型，要不升要不降。咱就是説，如果房東覺得下單的房價不合適，在酒店方確認的時候就不要確認啊！還有一件事，房東如果不想與平台分成，就不要勞煩平台拉客，平台辛苦給你拉客，結果你直接卸磨殺驢。平台有大數據支持，肯定早晚會發覺的，期待被各大平台拉黑制裁的一天。以上就是入住時要面臨的情況。請各位小夥伴注意。接下來就是入住後的事，我是被迫加錢升級房間。房東給的理由是上一個房客沒退房，我想着這屬於房東的問題，卻還要求我加錢升級房間。如果選擇降檔的話，估計不會退錢，因為房東衹會按照平台扣分成後實際收到的金額來。主要是升級後的房間可以明顯聞到有異味，此外還有很大的噪音。睡眠淺的不建議預訂。基礎設施也就一般，房間牆壁有些地方已損壞，地板上有很多劃痕。設施比較陳舊。入住的時候感覺打掃的不是很乾凈，部分地方有很多灰塵。總的來説是踩雷了，如果你真正考慮，我建議三思。如果已經預訂，且正準備入住，有條件的話，建議不要聽房東的把退單原因寫自己。咱就按照實際的原因來就行。平台會維護咱們的權益的。不能讓這樣的人隨意拿捏，繼續坑害更多的人了。
