Super nice, great service, free tea and Changsha snacks upon check-in. There is also a cute hotel bear. The housekeeper Miss Teddy is very nice. She responds quickly to questions and solves them in a timely manner. It's great

Facilities: The decoration style is still the feeling of an old five-star hotel! The facilities are not very new! Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean, and the cleaning lady is very nice, helping to get disposable bath bags and bath balls! Environment: The location is not bad, but we brought our baby with us, and we didn’t go anywhere because it rained, so we stayed in the hotel for a day! Service: The housekeeper added WeChat the day before check-in and asked me what I needed. Because I was traveling with a baby, I helped to arrange a quieter room and a high floor! Very considerate, and helped to solve a breakfast problem in the middle! There was a waiter at the door of the hotel who was super nice to help with the luggage and pick up takeout for me! I forgot to see the name! Otherwise, I have to write a thank-you letter to praise~

As Marriott's first hotel in Changsha, Yunda Sheraton has indeed played a pioneering role. However, with the passage of time, the hotel facilities can no longer keep up with the development of today's luxury hotels. As a high-end hotel under Marriott, the drinking water provided for the guest rooms is Robust Pure Water, a drinking purified water. I don't mind the grade of the water, but it is recommended that this level of hotel should use natural mineral water. The comfort of the bedding and the room environment still maintain the level that a hotel of this grade should have. The breakfast the next morning was a mixed blessing. The good news was that the breakfast category and the quality of the food were in line with the brand tone and grade. But when I finished breakfast and rested in my seat and looked out the window, I actually found footprints visible to the naked eye on the windowsill. This instantly made people's good impression of the front instantly zero. The management of the sanitation environment of the hotel's public space really needs to be strengthened. In terms of service, what I can give a good review is the service staff in the lobby bar. Both the professional level and the service attitude are impeccable, adding a little point to the whole experience. Summary: As the first high-end hotel of Marriott Group in Changsha, it can be seen that it was once glorious, but based on this stay experience, I will not consider Yunda Sheraton next time when considering staying in a hotel. Other Marriott hotels of the same price, such as Meixi Lake Luxury Collection Hotel, have overwhelming advantages in terms of facilities and services. Details determine success or failure. If management is not strengthened, how can we compete with newly opened high-end hotels?
