Nice location, just across from Shangli Park metro station. It’s easy to get there, just one stop from Changchun Railway Station on metro. My room was nice n clean, and the staffs are friendly and very healthful but you need to know a bit Chinese or could use a translation app, anyways I definitely recommend to foreigners.

the location of the hotel is very good. the front desk staff , Pang Ying was very friendly, kind and helpful. she helped us many times during our stay. there is a nearby food street, shopping malls and lots of convenient stores.

The lobby is very grand and has the characteristics of Shangri-La Fan Yuwen and Jinyu at the front desk are particularly enthusiastic and polite. Manager Guo Nannan and Tang Yue are friendly and smiling. The concierge in red clothes in the lobby also took the initiative to provide me with services. The environment is good. I came here for the service. It’s quite hard. Thumbs up for these young kids!

Very nice hotel situated right next to a subway station. The room was spacious. Check-in was fast. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel so I can't say if It's good.

Although it is not a five-star luxury hotel and the room is slightly smaller, the room is well designed and has enough space to store things. And the location is also very good, just outside the cultural square, it is also very convenient to go to Xinmin Street to check out the old Babu. There are also restaurants nearby. What I am satisfied with is that the awareness of the service staff is very high, and I especially commend Zhang Xiaoxiaochao. I left my cell phone in the lobby and called back. It turned out that the cleaner Cui Fenglong picked it up and handed it to the front desk. It was a good return and the guests were reassured. It was great! I stayed in the hotel with my friends for a while. The hotel was very cost-effective. The front desk also helped to upgrade the room type for free. The facilities in the room were relatively new. The sound insulation effect in the room was very good, and basically no sound from other rooms was heard. The elevator goes up by swiping a card, which is relatively safe. There are also convenience stores, hot pot restaurants, etc. downstairs of the hotel. You can buy something to eat when you are hungry. Haha, I am very satisfied with my stay. The location is very good. We can go to the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo. There are mountains here and the old site of Changchun Film Factory is very close. If the weather is warm, we can probably walk there, but in this weather... it is very cheap and fast to take a taxi online. The room is very clean and comfortable, and the bedding is great. Both those who like firmer pillows and those who like softer pillows will be happy (harder buckwheat pillows are really comfortable!). The bathroom is clean and the shower water is very good. Highly recommended. The gym facilities are a bit old, but they are almost adequate. There is one rowing machine, two treadmills, one elliptical machine, and others I don’t remember, but not many people use them... so it doesn’t have any impact. The service is very considerate, and the girls at the front desk are very friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you for all the girls' help, including but not limited to helping us open the refrigerator, apply for additional room cards, etc. The surrounding small restaurants are also delicious...pot stickers, pot pork...it is recommended to order less if the number of people is small.
