Don’t want to leave this place. So many restaurants so many options. The outside pool is fab and the cocktails are delicious!

La comida no era buena, de hecho el 2do dia de la estancia mi esposa y yo nos enfermamos del estomago, y es que no consumimos vino o alcohol.
El servicio del personal excelente, las habitaciones tenian algunos detalles de mantenimiento.

What I enjoyed most: I loved all the architecture and statues and room service was wonderful. The service staff were all very helpful, kind and hardworking, food was good.
What I didn't like: Guests being able to save beach chairs early in the morning not allowing others to enjoy prime beach spots, I did not like the use of personal speakers and smoking on the beach.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this resort and absolutely love it. The food is great, drinks are great and service is wonderful. I highly recommend this resort, the employees work hard to ensure the property is clean at all times, that you receive good food and drinks and that you have a good stay.

Great resort! All the staff was extremely friendly and aimed to serve. You can walk the beach safely in either direction safely for about two miles in each direction. There is a 24 hour lounge with food and drinks (alcoholic and soft drinks). The main buffet was decent but, not much of a variety from day to day besides sushi on Friday. That being said, there are plenty of options to keep you full and satisfied. I’ve been to Cancun over 20 times and, there are just a few resorts I would book repeatedly. This is a resort I would definitely book again.

The room had an excellent view but, was in need of some attention. The shower head wouldn't stay in place. The cleaning staff was great and kept the room spotless. We would suggest extra pillows be provided and possibly a light blanket.
Also, discovered that you could pay the pool attendants and they would reserve your spot for you each morning. This doesn't seem right. I would go down between 5 and 6 each morning to get a spot and watch the sun rise only to find out a large portion of the lounges had already been claimed with towels on the seats but there was no one around. I then overheard one of the staff explaining to another guest that for a tip they would get their favorite spot reserved for them.
