The bed cover has black stains everywhere, the central light doesn't work either, he said, the AC turned out to be not there even though he ordered a deluxe room. The service is also not very friendly. It's no wonder that previous visitors said this hotel was haunted.

Visited this Hotel 20 years ago (not in 2022), so I don't think my Review would be much relevant to this day but I can ensure you that Pusako Hotel was one of the most decent hotel in Bukittinggi, it might look old fashioned but it is close to tourist area in the city, so you are certainly will get the best deal in Pusako
