The whole experience was good. Greeted by Front Desk asking if for check in. With no other further engagement made upon our arrival, like how are you today? Since we are very tired 15hrs of transportation. I only remember she mentioned about cards if lost will charge us ph900. After we arrive at the room, we order in Room Service and the operator was not detailed with information. I still need to call again and ask for how many minutes our food will be delivered? She replied with 30min. But the food was delivered after 1 hour! F&B staff of Sapphire are pro active, approachable and always have a smile on their faces. HSKP staffs never miss to greet us with a positive attitude. Pool side Massage are the best. I had 4 days massage as I really enjoyed the good service. We stayed in Henann Crystal for a total of 5 nights and its really a perfect place to stay. And will surely comeback again. Near to D’Mall , other restaurants with beach view.

This is by far my favorite Henann Hotel in Boracay. This was my second stay and it didn't disappoint. This is their newest hotel so you can expect the that the rooms, amenities, and facilities are quite new. I haven't tried the more premium Henann hotels like Crystal Sands and Prime, but I bet Henann Park would likely be at par with the two. + Very efficient check in and check out time -- you can ask for late checkout (subject to room availability and may incur additional charges if your extend longer) + By the main road so it's easy to commute, near fast food restaurants and stores. + Staff are accommodating + Free breakfast for 2 + Room upgrade fee was reasonable. I originally booked a deluxe room with no view/window but the front desk offered me to upgrade to a Premier room with pool view and balcony, the only down side is that the bed was downgraded from King size to 1 single and 1 queen bed; but hey, it's still a good deal. - Room slippers and bathrobes must be requested, I think these should be readily available in the room. - Pool is quite smaller than Regency/Garden, which can get easily crowded especially during peak seasons. - The path leading to the white beach is terrible. I think the hotels should coordinate with the LGU to have that fixed, especially the dark alley which you need a flashlight in order for you to traverse - I am not kidding, it's pitch black in there.

I like to commend robert and alfred from breakfast dinning area they are proactive in helping customers. For improvement, I would like to call the attention of Ms Joan in dining area. Very nice hotel. Convenient and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great house keeping. The hotel offers huge amounts of swimming and its bar in the middle of the pool. It will have good opportunities to have a variety of drinks while swimming. However, I found some lack of providing amenities. I have booked a room for 3 people but there were not enough amenities. I have to ask every time to provide them. Found some ants in the bathroom. There is too much of a crowd while having breakfast. Not enough space for movement. In some cases, there is no hot water while getting in the shower. It's been fixed later. I found the iron board was not in workable condition and it was very hard to use it.

This is a good hotel, I had a good experience. Offered a room right by the pool and quite near the restaurant where the breakfast buffet is located. The buffet is catered to a Korean palette so keep that in mind if you don’t like Korean food or want more of a western style breakfast. Also at the restaurant on a windy evening and a toddler at the table the waiter gave us napkins in a glass. It fell over and broke and the staff demanded we pay 75 pesos for the glass! It would be common sense not to give us the glass due to the weather and the fact we have an active toddler. VERY SCAMMY ! Needless to say I felt scammed. BE CAREFUL! I complained to the front desk and made a suggestion not to offer glasses to tables with similar situations but they didn’t seem to care at all. But they definitely cared about those 75 pesos! There was a roach in my shower but staff quickly took care of it.

I've booked at the peninsula because of its beachfront location and pool. As we arrived I've noticed the hotel/room was updated, not a big problem, but only until I've noticed it was poorly cleaned, or even not cleaned at all. The toilet sink and shower still had hairs, and dirty stuff stick to the tiles, wall... towels smelled bad, like dirty water used to wash them or place were they were kept with a bad smell. There was dust over almost all surfaces and under the bed, water kettle still had water from previous guests,... The pool water was not clear, nobody was using it. Although the staff cleaned the toilet after requested, everything else was still dirty. As we arrived with the Corona virus going on and being there with a young child I truly didn't felt safe or at least comfortable at all. The staff was nice, but it was not enough. We left after first night, from our 5 nights stay. Management agree with the refund of the last 4 nights. Pros: good location, right in the beach between station 3 and 2. It has a massage spa, pizzaria , grill and corean restaurant in the resort area. But with the lack of higiene presente unfortunately nothing else mattered, we had to leave.

Our hotel stay in Felix Hotel Boracay was great. I would like to praise our front desk agent Danica for giving us the best guest service for me, my mother, and grandmother. She was very helpful to us from check in to check out. She recommended us some of the best restaurants in Boracay, which we ended up eating in one of them during our first day. She is the epitome of great hotel service, giving us a warm smile when she sees us and making us feel Mabuhay. The room was not just clean and organized, but the style and design resonated with us throughout our stay. Whenever we come back tired from exploring the beauty of Boracay or from long walks at the nearby beach and shops, this hotel makes sure that we have a place to come back to rest comfortably: in our hotel room. Overall, the workers of Felix Hotel were really nice and professional, giving us an unforgettable experience here in Boracay. When we eventually come back to Boracay, we will make sure we will book our stay here again. P.S. The complementary breakfast was well needed as it nourished us for our day.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tides Hotel in Boracay, as everything was easily accessible, and the staff were polite and friendly. I appreciate the promptness and courtesy of the Front Desk staff during our early morning checkout on March 5. They accommodated us in the transport service to the port, he obtained our tickets expeditiously, and accompanied us to Caticlan. Unfortunately, I did not get the guest service agent’s name who assisted us, but he did an excellent job. We hope to return one day, and we loved our room at number 206, the wifi connection was good, enjoyed our welcome drinks and the complimentary cocktails at the roof deck bar.

Another lady who assisted me was Sheena. Everytime we call, they respond immediately even late at night and early as 2am. The food is great! They have a variety of choices everyday with their buffet. All resto staff are nice! I just remembered 2 names of staff, Rene Sullaga and Benedict. But EVERYONE is really nice. My kids are amazed with the customer service here. The cost is worth!!! We would love to go back here in Astoria.🥰

The room we got was room for 2 and all the essentials were provided. There was a free breakfast included which is a plus. It:s just sad that we didn't have the time to explore the island as much because there was a low pressure area that time so mostly we stayed at the hotel. That time, the wifi wasn't working and TV channel only shows Chinese channels and no local channel. I don't know, maybe it's because of the weather. But I would still recommend the place. It's located at D Mall and few minutes away from the beach.

  We were welcomed by Leo and his entourage upon arrival, and we were blown away by the warmth of their hospitality. The welcome drummers along our way to the front desk really lifted our mood during the arrival, bringing back good memories of the island. Leo and his team then escorted us directly to our room to process the check-in, where the welcome drinks were served simultaneously. Upon entering the room, a personalized welcome banner on the TV screen caught my attention, along with the thoughtful amenity at the side. Overall, the arrival experience made a huge impact on our memorable stay on the island. It set the mood and vibe perfectly. The resort is amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Taj is literally next to White Beach and has the comforts a basic traveller would need. Comfy bed, good AC, hot shower, and reliable wifi. Would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Staff are all friendly and willing to help any time of the day, especially Ate Jen who made my stay really great and I felt really at home here. I had an issue first with the hot shower but they instantly moved me to a room with a functional one. Other than that, it was a totally great, hassle-free, and smooth stay.

Cheap rate for a family of 5. Place is in good location in the middle of beach and the downtown. Staff are approachable. Room is nice, suggestion to have another water dispenser in every floor, WIFI connection medyo mahina and sana you have space for sampayan ng mga basa damit and also to have a direct contact number on the front desk. We have been staying here for 17 years and we always come back for the quality service and comfortable and homely reception and room. We have seen some changes but the welcome always remains the same. The rooms are well priced and the location is Amazing for the beach or a quick walk to D’Mall or The main road to catch a trike. New restaurant is nice and has a little twist on some of the old menu. Always feel safe here and have never had any issues in all the time we have stayed here. Check in and out are very easy and rooms are always spotless. Love the new changes to the place and hope to be back very soon.

As a Samsung hotel, the price of 400 yuan, in terms of cost performance, has already killed all local hotels at the same level, even 4 stars. Service is good, location is good, dmall is close. Breakfast is average, not worth 60 yuan / 2 people, see picture. Due to the oncoming coronavirus, it did not go out to sea, and overall, it is not as playable as Bali. Another: there is a hey juice at the entrance of dmall! With the national financial difficulties of China's coronavirus, 100 surgical masks are strongly recommended!
