This hotel just opened on October and I must say, it did not disappoint. I would have rated 5 all in all but there are minor improvements. My overall stay was impeccable and I felt like a VIP. Thank you to all the staffs, Zephora who processed by checkout and late checkout request, the gentleman (I didn't get his name) who assisted me doing check in. The guards, the kuya who helped me with my luggage, and the lady who assisted me to my room you all deserve a 10/10 for customer service. Their VP Ms. Kaye even left a handwritten message welcoming me to the hotel which was personalized. The way that my was prepared was immaculate - very clean, spacious and the first hotel who offers Apple TV and iOS/Mac casting 👏🏻. Everything is brand new. It's worth the money. Their breakfast was okay, but there could have been more selections. Their pool is 😍. I will definitely be back at this hotel. I hope that the staff will stay the same, humble, all smiles, and accommodating. Recommendation: Create a member loyalty platform - I am sure your hotel will be famous as more travelers discovers what you offer. + Very prime location, 2-5 minutes walk to the white beach + Their staffs are superb in customer service + Worth every penny + Very spacious room, has a bath tub and veranda + Breakfast selection can be improved but I loved their main dishes + Free cute tote bag + Complimentary drinks were served right away + Wet cold face towels were immediately given - Construction is kinda loud, but the room has a bit of sound proofing which helps. - Minor: There's not flat iron or maybe, they can provide upon request. Thank you to all of the staffs, you guys made my stay memorable, special, and I felt at home.

Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel

I could not stop myself from writing a letter of appreciation to your esteem hotel “Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel” for making our stay in the top memorable stays to share with friends and family for years to come. We were staying at your property from May 5th, 2023 to May 12th, 2023 and I was there with my fiancée celebrating our recent engagement to one another. I have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels in Manila (Conrad and Grand Hyatt) just to name a few. No other hotel compares to Mandarin Island Hotel when it comes to staff going above and beyond to accommodate your every need to feel like a VIP. I must say that all the requests were kept in mind and fulfilled to the highest quality service level I have experienced in my 29 years working for the US Government and being schooled on Presidential protocol etiquette in hospitality area for VIPs. From the time of booking Ms. Dylan and Lili were true experts and asking all the right questions and providing the perfect accommodations with choosing the right room (Ambassador Suite) and requesting the private transportation to and from the airport. When we arrived at the airport we were greeted by Mandarin driver to transport us to Mandarin private jet boat. I was highly impressed when I was greeted by the Hotel General Manager Lili (this was icing on the cake VIP treatment). We were then transported by private hotel vehicle to a private entrance to the hotel. We were in total aww!! Hard to believe service can better than our arrival, but I stand correct, because service just did that, get better!! For example, every morning at breakfast Ms. Exzelen and Mr. Israel (Managers), Kathleen (server) would setup a table for us with the best view of the beach every morning. Another example of the awesome service, Mr. Jeff (night manager) and Jenson (server) made sure our wine glass was never empty, they both even went out of their way to exchange our seats for more comfortable seats. My Fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed our dream vacation stay. The Mandarin Island Hotel staff makes this the top luxurious stay for us and we will certainly recommend Mandarin Island Hotel to all our family and friends.

Everyone is very respectful, accommodating, and approachable. My family is pampered. Sometimes you don't have to ask. They can anticipate what you need. The room is very clean. I was amazed with their scented rest room. They have something like infuser that keeps their rest room scented. I hope they would continue doing that. The front desk people are really nice. The guy who checked us in even look for us, since we don't have phone to communicate with him,to inform us that our room is ready. I forgot his name, but we checked in Dec 19. Another lady who assisted me was Sheena. Everytime we call, they respond immediately even late at night and early as 2am. The food is great! They have a variety of choices everyday with their buffet. All resto staff are nice! I just remembered 2 names of staff, Rene Sullaga and Benedict. But EVERYONE is really nice. My kids are amazed with the customer service here. The cost is worth!!! We would love to go back here in Astoria.🥰

We were welcomed by Leo and his entourage upon arrival, and we were blown away by the warmth of their hospitality. The welcome drummers along our way to the front desk really lifted our mood during the arrival, bringing back good memories of the island. Leo and his team then escorted us directly to our room to process the check-in, where the welcome drinks were served simultaneously. Upon entering the room, a personalized welcome banner on the TV screen caught my attention, along with the thoughtful amenity at the side. Overall, the arrival experience made a huge impact on our memorable stay on the island. It set the mood and vibe perfectly. The resort is amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Fernandez, who took the time to personally greet and welcome us to his property. Lastly, thank you, Leo, and to the rest of your Front Office team—Karl, Miguel, Aly Bilat. We had so much fun staying in your hotel, and we look forward to coming back. Regards, Kineme!

Taj is literally next to White Beach and has the comforts a basic traveller would need. Comfy bed, good AC, hot shower, and reliable wifi. Would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Staff are all friendly and willing to help any time of the day, especially Ate Jen who made my stay really great and I felt really at home here. I had an issue first with the hot shower but they instantly moved me to a room with a functional one. Other than that, it was a totally great, hassle-free, and smooth stay.

Cheap rate for a family of 5. Place is in good location in the middle of beach and the downtown. Staff are approachable. Room is nice, suggestion to have another water dispenser in every floor, WIFI connection medyo mahina and sana you have space for sampayan ng mga basa damit and also to have a direct contact number on the front desk. Recommended for a budgetary room accommodation. Thank you
Henann Park Resort

Boat Station 2
This is by far my favorite Henann Hotel in Boracay. This was my second stay and it didn't disappoint. This is their newest hotel so you can expect the that the rooms, amenities, and facilities are quite new. I haven't tried the more premium Henann hotels like Crystal Sands and Prime, but I bet Henann Park would likely be at par with the two. + Very efficient check in and check out time -- you can ask for late checkout (subject to room availability and may incur additional charges if your extend longer) + By the main road so it's easy to commute, near fast food restaurants and stores. + Staff are accommodating + Free breakfast for 2 + Room upgrade fee was reasonable. I originally booked a deluxe room with no view/window but the front desk offered me to upgrade to a Premier room with pool view and balcony, the only down side is that the bed was downgraded from King size to 1 single and 1 queen bed; but hey, it's still a good deal. - Room slippers and bathrobes must be requested, I think these should be readily available in the room. - Pool is quite smaller than Regency/Garden, which can get easily crowded especially during peak seasons. - The path leading to the white beach is terrible. I think the hotels should coordinate with the LGU to have that fixed, especially the dark alley which you need a flashlight in order for you to traverse - I am not kidding, it's pitch black in there.
8 Colors Beach House Resort

Boat Station 2
Stayed here for 3 days and our stay was very comfortable as 8 Colors is located near everything...restaurants and beach. Our room was the cleanest I've ever seen...literally. I've noticed that they didn't just sweep the floor, they probably mopped it which most of the hotels we've stayed at that were even more expensive don't do. The bathroom was super clean as well, as every corner or grout between tiles were free of grime or dirt. I really appreciate their efforts in making sure our room was extra clean as we're really very particular about cleanliness. They were kind enough to lend us an extra folding table as I needed it for work. The room had everything we needed. It wasn't huge but enough to feel comfortable. I guess the downside is that the road going to 8 Colors is too narrow and can't be passed by van so we had to walk going there when we arrived and when we left. The breakfast option at Bamboo wasn't really satisfying. Although their servings were sufficient, the food was too oily and options were limited. On our last day, however, I liked how considerate they were in serving food from McDonald's as we had to leave early. Overall, 8 Colors was worth it and great!
