Very nice location. All staff very professional and friendly. The breakfast was good and huge but do not go after 10am because they remove the food fast. Very nice food for the dinner! The cleanness is perfect and the pool very well maintained. The location is only 20’ from station 2 which is more crowed. The beach is very clean. All transfers were very well organized.

Best hotel I've been so far. The service was top notch! Everyone was courteous and accommodating! From the warm welcome upto departure assistance. It was indeed a home-feel away from home. Definitely worth a comeback!💕 I found the gem of peace and silence here away from the crowd of station 2! Thank you NAJ for your assistance and for touring us around ! Precious, the front desk officer, kuya jun and ramon for driving us through the free shuttle service, Cherry for giving us good shots! Darlene, Amanda and Angie for keeping our place neat and hygienic! And everyone who gave us their sweet smiles whenever we passed by. I always wanted to stay in one of Henann’s direct pool access rooms, and honestly best choice ever! We stayed here for our second night in Boracay since it was sold out for our first night. Please keep in mind though that the pool closes by 8pm :( the only downside actually lol Hopefully next time they extend hours up til midnight.

Très bel hôtel situé à la station 1 sur la White Beach un peu à l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville (proche de la plage Diniwid) Tout d’abord je tiens à préciser que j’ai rajouté une 4ème étoile au commentaire uniquement grâce à l’accueil du personnel (notamment l’accueil de la jeune femme ayant réalisé avec nous le check in et Check out) et à la qualité du breakfast. Pour les points positifs : - Très belle vue depuis les chambres - Bâtiment moderne - Accueil et professionnalisme du personnel - Très bon breakfast et restaurant - Localisation - Piscine à débordement Les points à améliorer : - Wifi très instable, c’est un peu limite pour un 5 étoiles étant donné le prix des chambres (400 euros la nuit) - Nombreux trous dans le carrelage de la piscine à débordement, pas très classe pour un 5 étoiles également - Climatisation bruyante dans certaines chambres (ça été le cas dans notre chambre côté plage) - Insonorisation a revoir (plafond et porte) dans les chambres hauts de gamme avec piscine privée - Portes des chambres ayant tendance à ne pas se refermer automatiquement lorsque l’on sort, moyen niveau sécurité - Salle du restaurant très bruyante, impossible de petit déjeuner au calme le matin … - Notre seconde chambre présentait de nombreuses traces de fuites sur le mur en provenance de l’étage supérieur, cela devrait être rénové avant de louer la chambre (rappel 400 euros la nuit) - Les piscines privées des chambres haut de gamme ne sont pas chauffées et non exposées au soleil - Location de scooter à 5000 pesos la journée, c’est énorme !! - Organisation d’événements côté plage troublant la tranquillité des chambres notamment la nuit (jusqu’à 23h) Le rapport qualité prix n’est pour moi pas au rendez vous actuellement étant donné les points cités précédemment, c’est un bel hôtel avec des employés vraiment bienveillants avec les clients et c’est très appréciable mais il faut revoir très rapidement la connexion wifi et la rénovation de la piscine à débordement, avec ses améliorations l’hôtel méritera sincèrement ses 5 étoiles et j’aurai plaisir à y revenir.

The whole experience was good. Greeted by Front Desk asking if for check in. With no other further engagement made upon our arrival, like how are you today? Since we are very tired 15hrs of transportation. I only remember she mentioned about cards if lost will charge us ph900. After we arrive at the room, we order in Room Service and the operator was not detailed with information. I still need to call again and ask for how many minutes our food will be delivered? She replied with 30min. But the food was delivered after 1 hour! F&B staff of Sapphire are pro active, approachable and always have a smile on their faces. HSKP staffs never miss to greet us with a positive attitude. Pool side Massage are the best. I had 4 days massage as I really enjoyed the good service. We stayed in Henann Crystal for a total of 5 nights and its really a perfect place to stay. And will surely comeback again. Near to D’Mall , other restaurants with beach view.

Hubby and I got a very good deal during the resort’s super sale with our deluxe room that has a balcony facing the beach. Residencia Boracay is a small resort surrounded by big hotel names (Discovery Shores, Henann...). The room has all the basics—hot shower, cable TV, mini ref, instant coffee/tea, safety deposit box, but we hardly stayed inside because it’s situated in a prime location by Station 1 (the best area in the island). We enjoyed the typical Filipino breakfast of silog, but their in-house restaurant, Sole, has a very extensive menu. There’s pizza, sandwiches, grilled meats, seafood, etc, and even happy hour deals on beer and cocktails. It’s a quiet spot (except when the nearby resort’s have live music at night) and family-friendly, too. Kudos to the staff who are warm and friendly. Residencia Boracay will be top of mind for me, especially because of its competitive rates. We’ll be back!

We arrived for 2 days. Excellent view from the balcony, you have to take on the 3rd floor. Breakfasts are bad, small and unscented. Service is not useful. On the cafeteria always ants walk, divides sand, it is difficult to clean. The air conditioner is either very blowing or not working, the spaces are very small, the ceilings are low everywhere, constantly beat the head. In the refrigerator there is nothing, give two bottles very tiny water. Small shower, of 2 soap and 2 shampoo ingredients, all. Water is apparently shortaged, it is impossible to wash - a fine stream. And the most terrible thing is that the wai wai almost always doesn't work, we couldn't buy tickets and leave because it didn't load anything. But for justice, he worked badly all over the coast of 1 station, 3 catched clear. In general, for those who don't care about convenience and the view is riding. The rest find a new place.

I originally booked a paradise room. Later, I didn't have it. I stayed for 4 nights. The room was because it was not in the sun, and it was at the beach. It was damp and the quilt was wet. I felt that the body was very heavy in those days. It is recommended to book a junior suite that is not too spacious. Breakfast is really hard to eat, but the restaurant's lunch and dinner is delicious, more characteristic is the cheese pizza, beef rice, pasta is also delicious. Paradise House is also awesome, with a swimming pool. The final experience is that I would rather spend more money to live in Shangri-La and Linde.

Really liked the smell as soon as you enter the room, you really feel like in vacation. Confy room with nice simple decoration, big kind of balcony but we where right in front of the restaurant, so not great for privacy. 10 meters from the beach this was awesome. tv wasn't working the first night, which shouldn't happen when you pay this type of amount for an hotel room. restaurant food is good, too much western, lack of local dishes, but it's understandable in boracay.. Cool place, nice staff with good attentions.

We had a quite 1 night stay in Sur, we booked in this hotel mainly because of the location. Beach front and accessible to beach of station 1. We had room issues like, bidet is on the left side and very short one. Room is big but missed to provide additional Drinking water and rag. Bathroom is not well maintained as well, Bed was ok. We loved the welcome drink and buffet breakfast

Kudos to Jionee and Ate Jerthy and another FD na tsinita ( sorry if I mispelled their names ) I forget to ask further actually. Ambabait nila sobra. 💕. Nag check out nalang Ako after 5 days pero di ko talaga matimpla ang door knob di Ako marunong magbukas ha ha. Pero sobrang na appreciate ko Lalo na si Dionee. He always go upstairs to open the door for us. Thank you very much. 💕 Definitely will choose the property for my stay when I go back. Ang tahimik pa. Nakakatulog Ako ng mahimbing at nakapag trabaho ng maayos sa gabi. This property is perfect if you're working while having a short getaway.

This hotel is the most satisfying of the entire trip to Boracay, and the price is the most worthwhile, more than 500, Japanese style, very clean, breakfast is an optional set meal, and the quantity is large. Many people are playing with umbrellas, drinking wine with family and friends, blowing the sea breeze, and chatting, very comfortable . Many people may struggle with the problem of not having a swimming pool, but to be honest, this location is the best beach in Boracay, 10 meters away is the beach, and beach towels are also provided.
