When consumers make demands, I hope to deal with them with heart, not simply say ”the hotel does not agree” as such a big and old platform, should the consumer rights protection be more strength? In this matter, I did cause a total loss of 739 yuan for two rooms because of my negligence, but the consumption reminder and after-sales processing on the official website of Qunar also need to be improved. The only call on my mobile phone on the day of the hotel is a Guangzhou number. It is also inconsistent with the number registered by your store on Qunar.com, and there is only a ringing of 13 seconds. Is there a heart to inform consumers that I have not come to the store?
