説實話很一般，入住的時候前台不在。大廳空調也不行，特別冷，在前台等了她很久，一直沒人，沒法登記入住，。我想那打個電話催一下吧，酒店衹有前台固定電話，一打還是前台在響，但是前台又沒人。估計等了有半個小時吧，她來了。也沒有任何道歉。我也懶得多説辦理了入住。
住進酒店，硬件設施其實還行，但是衞生真的很差，地上也不乾淨，洗手池上面都是水漬（看圖片）。
一共入住兩晚，第二晚直接沒有熱水，都沒洗澡，總體是不太滿意的入住體驗

賓館門面不大，但裏面還行。設施齊備，還挺乾淨的，前台工作人員服務挺好的。出去玩兒可以把行李先寄存在這裏。樓下就有吃飯的地方。挺方便，離頤和園很近，最近的一個門走過去衹要800m。而且那個門過去的人少。走路清清靜靜的，很舒服。到頤和園去玩兒，自己在外面買點吃的，裏面買東西真不方便。

房間的衞生真的是不太乾淨，床頭桌，電話，遙控器，床的靠背，均是一層土加毛絮，洗手池裡還有牙膏蓋和撕下的錫紙皮，龍頭把上也都是印記，最不能接受的是上樓第一間的房間緊挨着電梯，實在是太吵了，下樓問能不能給調換一下，告訴説沒有房間了，也不知道是不是在攜程上訂房的原因（關鍵的也沒便宜呀😔），最後説下服務態度還可以
