The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the subway entrance, just over a sky bridge. I came to the room reserved for class. It only takes 10 minutes to walk from my bed to my classroom, which is super convenient! The room is very new and clean, and it is very comfortable to live in~ Although it is not big, it is enough for one person~ The price-performance ratio is quite high 👏🏻👏🏻

不推薦理由：衞生間馬桶下水不暢，調整後依舊改善不了，晚上有明顯的水流聲，房屋踢腳線有明顯發黴痕跡，裝修陳舊，電視打不開，房間沒有礦泉水提供，無一次性拖鞋提供，睡眠淺的注意選擇，三百多的價位這種配套設施就不推薦了
推薦理由：中關村地鐵站過街天橋旁邊，距離北大和中關村很近，到清華大學，圓明園，頤和園都不遠，

訂的雙床房，房間特別小，沒有桌子椅子，衹能放得下床，脱下的衣服全部沒有地方放，衹能放在地上，窗簾是壞的，床墊離牆壁有十多釐米的空隙，屬於衞生死角，睡覺的時候枕頭容易掉進去，各位自行腦補吧

給《慧佳時尚賓館》 一些小意見（批表不喜勿噴）
比較一下亮光點和暗光點：
充足之處為 1.毛巾浴巾包裹好很衞生 2.榻榻米的燈光渲染效果+移動式燈籠盒 3.床枕頭被整體還算舒適 4.紙杯子紙蓋創新點 5.地理位置優越
不足之處為 1.有不算太多的灰塵/骯臟在塌塌米縫隙或角落中2.酒店免費需用品不到位（兩瓶礦泉水+肥皂）3.酒店服務不到位（熱水去屋外拿但不用自己燒+梳子牙刷也要在屋外拿）4.沒有一次性拖鞋 （潛在腳氣/掉皮隱患性） 雖然有通用涼鞋 5.隔音差 、但個人房間不算太大問題 6.空調一直有個小亮點打擾睡眠 7.衞生間稍小，個人喜歡一個單獨的洗澡間 8.無窗房間口氣疏通要加強 9.網絡信號有時候稍微弱，有時候需要換網 10.作為外環賓館 價格稍微有點貴 性價比可以調整一下
總結：住了三天，感覺還好。推薦一下有窗大一點的户型。如果接受不了一些條件，附近離地鐵稍遠一點也有很多選擇。
