位置偏，設施老舊！大冬天房間超級冷🥶，空調壞的！服務差，服務員臉上肌肉就跟凍住了一樣，生冷硬邦邦，有問題帶搭不理，取快遞也是不情願，快遞小哥明明已經放前台了，愣是不願意找，沒翻兩下就讓打電話問快遞是不是沒放前台！！逼急眼了才多找兩下，找到之後還是嘴硬，強詞奪理解釋説有的快遞東西沒放的時候就提前顯示簽收了，讓人無語！不會再住🥶

賓館的位置很好找，若是坐公交到了侯莊子站，往高架橋所在的方向走三百多米，到了傢俱城就能看見一大排黃色的樓房就是了，若是駕車一進門就是，可以找賓館要免費的停車票。賓館右邊是考場，不到3分鐘就能進考場，左邊是吃飯的，三餐都有，也有超市，考試提前來啥的是真的超級方便。裏面前台的工作人員熱情負責有禮貌，環境也好，衞生乾淨，門口還有微波爐可以加熱食物，wifi也還行，有枱燈方便學習辦公，洗漱用品我是自帶的，沒有前台也是可以提供的。唯一不好的就是牆不隔音，床頭那邊挨着旁邊屋子的浴室，因為第二天考試，晚上十點就睡下了，結果隔壁十一點多洗澡，生生的給吵醒了，剛開始還不知道這轟鳴聲是怎麼回事，第二回被吵醒了才反應過來，所以建議大家早點洗漱，方便你我他，走廊屋裡小點聲，要不一路都有旁聽者。最後特別感謝前台的小姐姐們，早上考試缺發現紙質的准考證出了問題，尋求幫助直接幫我重新打印了，那時的慌亂着急無法訴説，怕找不到打印的地方，考試也不能參加了，十分感謝。終於寫完了，哈哈佩服全部看完的您，祝福看完的您考試逢考必過、工作順順利利！！！

房間很乾凈，陳設簡潔，供暖空調，温度合適。陪家人考試中途休息。交通便利，停車便利。工作人員素質高，服務周到。

住的非常滿意，設施完整，房間乾淨，大堂寬敞明亮，最主要的是裏考試點特別近，門挨着門，非常方便，服務人員還特別好，還給延遲退房了。

在北京寸土寸金的地方，住在這裏還是非常實惠的，交通也很方便，門口兩個網紅餐廳吃飯也非常的可口。酒店提供的也有早餐。有機會還會住這裏的。

緊挨着愛瑪裕考試中心，下樓就能到考場，非常便利。停車場很大，臨走時跟前台要個停車券就行。周圍有幾家吃飯的地方，還有小超市。酒店給早餐券，去旁邊的飯館吃，有粥、雞蛋、燒餅。

酒店位置下公交車得走點，晚上路上黑乎乎，旁邊的裝飾城下班早，沒啥人。酒店內部房間什麼的還不錯，乾淨衞生。周圍吃的不多，得在公交車站那邊吃
