this is a really old hotel. a lot of facilities need to be replaced or repaired. I feel a little horrible when I am ready to go to sleep. but the location is so good. brilliant and amazing. so beatiful beach and swimming poor. It deserve it's price. most of staff is good server. but when I check in. a woman maybe aged 30s don't know how to smile.like a frozen robot. I don't like her. don't go to the Japanese restaurant of the hotel. I can accept it's expensive price. but I can't endure the cold face of the waiter. I remember he is the tallest person of the waiters.but he seemed so boring to serve my table. I don't want to give him tips.but they add it in the bill.10% tips.I really hate that waiter.his work can't deserve the tips.

Nice to almost perfect location with reasonable prices because of low season.
Facilities are aging and some issues with the wood floors require maintenance. The air conditioner is also very old thus it is bit noisy and the adjustment is not working properly.
For a five star hotel it is bit disappointing.
The verity of food offers for breakfast is bit limited judging by its price.

Overall its good old 5 stars hotel with very reasonable price with access to benoa beach. Room is big and clean. Good swimming pool size view to the beach. Downpart is only breakfast its not 5 stars japanese quality food.

Location is great right on beach with a nice pool area. Breakfast was rather good with several options. Rooms need to be renovated.

Hi there, I loved my stay there with all the excellent staff and services. The only downside is the outdated air conditioning. I had it at the lowest temperature and at high mode but there were nights were I still perspired.
I would consider staying here again if they will fix the aircon in the future.

Overall the experience is fine. The breakfast varieties for 5D4N stay are limited and almost the same. Room is spacious but somehow the staff did not clean the rooms in one of these days. Staff are friendly and helpful though.

First of all, the staffs were good and responsive because during that time the remote tv in my room didn’t work. Then talked to front desk by call. In a few minutes staff came, checked, and solved the issue.
Also, no need to worry to stay a whole day in the hotel because could enjoy the moment at swimming pool or beach. Then, has 2 restaurants inside the hotel served great food (Italian and Japanese).

Absolutely amazing, we paid for a deluxe suite NZ$94 and because there were none available at the time of our arrival we were upgraded to the rooftop ocean front suite $600 a night (we asked 😂)
Service, food, amenities all top notch, would go back in a heartbeat.
We did however book the original room well in advance to get the $ low rate.
