It’s not a bad hotel. To summarize I’ll write pros and cons- Pros- service, quiet area, amazing staff, very helpful. Specially Dewi, Arira or similar best staff ever. This hotel people only come for the service but everything else is just below average. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. But this experience made me do so. Cons- Wi-Fi doesn’t work! Even after asking the IT guy who said he’ll do something but actually didn’t do anything. As it had speed or 3mbps and kept on dropping. - Buffet breakfast - very average, the staff tries hard to please you. But the food is very very average. I mean not even 1 proper bakery items. Balinese coffee just doesn’t cut it. I’ll give it a rating 3/10. - Rooms are basic, pretty old, beds make squeaking noise, suites have nice view but everything looks old. - There is no afternoon tea although there is a sign in the lobby that states there is. - shuttle only runs twice a day 11am and 4pm. This hotel is about 8kms away from Ubud main shops. And the shops around the hotels aren’t many. - Spa at hotel - OMG don’t even try it! I had booked and got this oldish lady “Ayu”. Who basically was just touching my body and not even putting any effort. I literally had to leave the massage after telling her about 10 times to put more pressure. And then she tried to charge me for the whole hour which I disputed and then she said ok I’ll charge you for 30mins. I asked her if she has another staff which I did see when I started the massage. And she says no we don’t have anyone. Worst massage ever!!! - You must rent a bike to enjoy if you do decide to stay in this hotel. - Food and beverages are expensive compared to shops around the place but the service is amazing. For example an Ice coffee is $5.50AUD which is what I get in Australia. And veggie Pizza is around $10. Bring your wall plug converter if you are staying at this place. Villas were amazing as due to great staff I got to see inside them. Suites- are just standard bedrooms with balconies. Rooms have jet pumps to wash ur bottom, has hair dryers, small empty bar fridge. House keeping staff are amazing. The shuttle to Ubud shops you must book them before hand. There is a river that runs but you won’t be able to see it as the small trees that grew around it has blocked all the view. Pool is small but nice, there are towels and hot shower options. - TV only has channels which aren’t in English and the network is so bad that you can’t even watch it. Very old TV’s in suites. - you can rent small scooters for about 100k IDR from hotel.

It was a bit awkward to get to the central. Also, how they have designed their shower/bathtub is a joke. It’s terrible! The water goes everywhere on the floor. They need to come up with a better architectural design for bathrooms.

The facility is impeccable. The staff is very friendly and super attentive to guests needs. Anything I need was attended to immediately. The pool is absolutely gorgeous with crystal clear water. The restaurant is very nice and the food was always very good. The Balinese Ristafal mini was so good I think I had it 3 times. Saturday night they had a BBQ buffet and live Legong Dancing. It was one of the nicest stays I’ve had in my many years of visiting Bali. Definitely made my list of places I will visit again. All of that comfort surrounded by a beautiful jungle setting! Treat yourself and stay there!

Where do I begin? The hotel is distant from all the busyness and it's beautiful and quiet. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing and great backdrop for pictures. Restaurant and spa at the hotel are also great. The room is beautiful but especially in the bathroom (and bathtub) you can tell it hasn't been renovated or updated since it was built. At this price point, I would expect the bathroom to be different! All in all though, I would stay here again but am hopeful that renovation works are being undertaken soon in the bathrooms!

The resort renovated some part of their villas, so there're noises coming from that. On the other hand, not so many customers around and we can enjoy the hotel facilities, especially the beautiful swimming pool, mostly on our own. Hotel located away from the center, on the famous Campuhan Ridge Walk, so you can enjoy the walk easily and on the other hand, require some motorcycle/scooter skill if you want to go to the center. Overall, we really enjoy our stay.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the breakfasts are rich, you can choose. The staff is very friendly, upon check-in we were treated to a welcome drink and we immediately went to afternoon tea, which was free for guests with a beautiful view. We didn’t stay long as it was very far from the center of Ubud and all the attractions! I liked the rooms too, but there were insects. And that's why we didn't sleep well. Overall, great

Basic room on the first day. I arrived early in the morning on the first day, so I took a basic room. The room is much larger and more comfortable than the Korean deluxe. I also like the terrace view, which is high enough to make me happy in the morning. There is also a footrest for the washbasin, and breakfast is provided, but at this price? I was so happy that I looked forward to the next day's pool villa. Pool villa from the second day. In conclusion, we moved rooms. Please do not go to room 502. Even though the ant has cleaned it up twice, it keeps falling from the ceiling. An 8-year-old hotel ****** stays outside saying he can't walk around the hotel. I couldn't even use the bathtub, the water didn't drain well, and even if I asked for a replacement toilet seat cover, it looked like someone had rubbed it with their feet... It was a condition I wouldn't want even if someone gave me money to grow it. I changed it to room 503 by bending over as much as possible, but the room condition is 300% different. Room 502 is a room that should not be operated. Even though it was the next room, there were no ants in the room, the bathtub was clean, and I felt betrayed by the top of the refrigerator. Carrying things is a job... If you make a request in advance, it would be nice to make a request to room 503. A shower filter is a must. It faded in two days. It seems that there are times when foreign substances suddenly come out. laundry service. I sealed the long-sleeved pants I wore after washing them at the hotel, and I took them off and wore them the day I came back to Korea, but there are oil stains on the poly material Nike top and bottom set. Pay the laundromat and do your own laundry.. You can think of Ubud Roka as having all the scenery and location. pretty is a **** Barowi restaurant Mi Goreng is absolutely delicious (Sandwiches are not recommended. They only order local food) If you walk 3 minutes to the left, red rice is also delicious. I recommend skipping breakfast and alternating between the two restaurants! (Two mi goreng and nasi goreng are 5,000 won...) Room 502 was like hell and I couldn't rest, The two days in the room were very happy. +If you take a shuttle to the city center and call Gojekka, it costs about 4,000 to 10,000 won (depending on the traffic and the drop-off point.)
