Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali, an IHG Hotel

The hotel environment is very good. There is a beach on the beach right outside. The restaurants and bars inside have a very good atmosphere. Especially the sunset in the evening, you can enjoy dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery.

Because I had to catch an early flight the next day, I chose this hotel chain that was relatively close to the airport. But the overall experience was very poor and fell short of the standards of IHG Group. 1. The first room we arranged had a musty smell as soon as we entered. It felt like the windows had not been opened for ventilation for several days, and the smell was unpleasant. And the room is in a lonely corner on the first floor of the hotel, which doesn't feel very safe. 2. I moved to the second room on the 3rd floor. After washing and preparing to rest, I found that the air conditioner was very loud and there was an obvious mechanical vibration. I couldn't fall asleep even after putting on earplugs, and the problem still existed after turning off the air conditioner (later I found out it was the sound of a machine on the roof of the third floor), and it couldn't be turned off or repaired in time. Later, the hotel arranged a third room. 3. In the above three rooms (especially the first two), many cabinets and sliding doors have mold spots, old equipment (for example, the faucet switch does not work well), dust accumulation and other problems. Some rooms in the hotel are under renovation, and it seems that they really need to be renovated. 4. In addition, it was clearly stated in the order that the hotel would provide free airport pick-up, but the receptionist at the front desk initially said that this service was not included in our order. After communicating and trying hard, we arranged the drop-off service for the next day. 5. Finally, due to personal itinerary arrangements, we went to the hotel to check in and store our luggage. When storing, the hotel requires the hotel to send the luggage to the room after the room is confirmed. The receptionist said it was no problem and would explain it to the colleague in charge of luggage. But when we returned to the hotel after dinner, we found that our luggage was placed in the lobby.

Very close to the airport, one or two kilometers, located on Kuta Beach. After checking out at 2 o'clock, you can sleep on the beach bed at the hotel and feel very comfortable. It is very suitable for this hotel when you leave in the early morning.
