設施：酒店智能化做的很到位，語音控制窗簾、燈光，衞生間裏的是智能馬桶，不冰屁屁。熱水壺也不是那種普通的燒水壺，有潔癖的可以放心使用，房間內還有小冰箱，設施很齊全。 特別需要提到的一點是！！！看到之前的評論説浴室是透明的玻璃，現在已經改進了貼上了防窺膜，這家酒店真的是有在認真聽取客人的建議，並積極整改，好評！洗漱用品品質很高，味道很好聞，頭髮洗完很順滑。暖氣很足，房間很暖和。 -1樓很大，有洗衣房和健身房，還有會議室。餐廳裝修的很有格調，早餐很好吃種類也很多，有當地特色的米腸和打糕之類的小吃，還有各種現做的小麪，非常棒！ 衞生：衞生做的也不錯，打掃的很乾凈，我住了三晚，打掃很及時。 環境：裝修的非常漂亮，大堂很明亮，感覺在設計上是用了心的，我住的房間內有春景和秋景的景觀，窗外是雪景，同時感受到了四季！酒店的地理位置很好，我去了酒店斜對面的雪絨花，拍照很好看，酒店離去長白山的集散中心也很近，地理位置優越。 服務：前台小姐姐很熱情，大廳有免費的咖啡和茶水，前台還有明信片可以蓋章打卡，整體好評，推薦入住！

Our experience was wonderful. The hotel provided free, prompt pickup and drop-off from the train station. Once we checked in, they connected with us on WeChat and responded promptly to all questions we had. The hotel room was spacious and VERY clean. We stayed during the off-season, and they upgraded our room for free. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. There were different types of indoor and outdoor hot spring tubs and pools which were conveniently spread out—some were bigger and some were smaller for privacy. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. Dinner was more expensive than other hotels we stayed at but still affordable.

Overall, both hardware and software are very powerful, it is the most wise choice for snow trips here! The location is very good, very close to the north scenic spot we are going to, edelt flower, Genting market, ice fishing, high-speed rail station! The nearby Xiaopu North Korean restaurant is also delicious! The travel butler has to answer all questions, solve a lot of tangled problems on my itinerary, booking tickets is much cheaper than the retail price, and I can help to call a car. I didn't take a taxi for half an hour. I called the housekeeper and I will come soon! Every day, I give a lot of free water. It is no problem to go out. There is no problem to drink hot water. People in the lobby can boil water, which is very convenient! All in all great!

I came to Erdaobaihe to stay after climbing Tianchi. On the first day, I watched shaking~ The anchor chose a hotel and stepped on thunder! Then I found this hotel temporarily, I think the price/performance ratio is good! The best thing is the disposable towels in the bathroom, and the easy-to-use fan, the bed is big enough! Friends who visit Changbai Mountain, I highly recommend this B&B! The boss and his wife are very nice and enthusiastic. This B&B has just opened. But I don’t know if the design in recent years has tended to have dim lighting, so it always gives people a dark and low-key feel. The design inside the hot spring gave me a big surprise. Japanese hot springs focus on local color and culture, but they are limited to the local people's persistence and tradition of hot springs. No matter how beautiful they are, there is still a kind of framework, but domestic hot springs are diversified. The route has all the open angles, the interior design is beautiful, and there are many facilities. Multiple indoor and outdoor hot springs, paddling pools, swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna rooms with different temperatures, restaurants, resting places, etc... Everything is available. You can really spend a whole day enjoying it. In the middle of the rest area on the top floor, there is a small decorative stove. The design of this small stove reminds me of the Oirase Keirui Hotel in Japan. It also has a similar stove. There are many beds in the rest area. It feels like I suddenly went to a jjimjilbang in Korea. The hot spring trip took me to two different countries, haha!! Service: When you go to the front desk to go through the formalities: Fast and pretty. Unfortunately, the staff is a bit mechanized and don’t have many smiles. Plus we southern fat potatoes who don’t know Mandarin well may have a hard time. The best part of this hotel is the lady working on the VIP desk in the reception area. She was incredibly helpful with booking trips, taxis, and giving us ideas for things to do in the area! The hotel is nice except for people smoking everywhere. Is it really necessary to have ashtrays all down the corridors? The smell seeps into the rooms and it's disgusting. Check in was fine and they'll keep your bags safe until the room is ready. They also let us check in early which was awesome. Not impressed at having our passports taken away for 24 hours while they were taken to the police station. This was not communicated at all until much later. Location is good if you have a car. If not its a short taxi ride into town or a 30 min walk.

The price/performance ratio is nothing to say, and during the holidays, finding such a room at this price is definitely worth it.
