Shanghai Airlines introduction

Shanghai Airlines, which is a subsidiary of China Eastern Airlines, operates a comprehensive domestic network and international network, with flights to many cities in China and international flights to Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Australia, India, the Philippines, Vietnam. Cambodia and Hong Kong, in addition to other international destinations. The airline was founded in 1985 and flies a fleet of 67 planes to 140 destinations.

  • Shenzhen Airlines, the fourth largest airline in Mainland China, was accepted into the Star Alliance in 2011, which gives the airline alliance access to five new cities in China. United Airlines operates hubs in 10 cities, including the four largest cities in the United States. For those traveling to China, United Airlines offers non-stop flights between New York and Beijing as well as non-stop flights between New York and Shanghai. Passengers also benefit from United Airlines status as a Star Alliance member, gaining a number of benefits from the worldwide network.

  • Malaysia Airlines is the flag carrier for Malaysia, operating flights from Kuala Lumpur International Aiport. The airline operates Southeast Asia flights, East Asia flights, South Asia flights and Middle East flights as well as the "kangaroo route" between Europe and Australasia. Trans-Pacific destinations include Los Angeles and Tokyo.

  • Air China or Air China Limited, headquartered in Shunyi District, Beijing, is the flag carrier for the People's Republic of China. According to fleet size, Air China is the 10th largest airline in the world. Destinations include routes to Asia, the Middle East, Western Europe and North America.

  • Hong Kong Airlines was founded in 2001 under the name CR Airways before changing its name to Hong Kong Airways in 2006. The airline has a fleet of 26 planes and services 24 destinations. Their logo is centered around the bauhinia flower, a native species to Hong Kong.
